This trip was more than perfect! The cottage was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. One bathroom/4 people and never ran out of hot water!!!
We will definitely be back. We enjoyed the beach items and had a blast riding the bikes on the beach! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house is pretty and is very close to the beach. We had 6 people (4 adults and two kids) and it worked out ok, although a little cozy for 6. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer for us was that the wifi was spotty and kept going out. This wouldn't normally be a huge deal for us except that it meant the TV was also out, which was a little challenging when our littles wanted to watch a movie.

Came down for my birthday. I love the area between Ormond and New Smyrna and always look for a place along the river or a short walk from the beach. This place was perfect and a comfortable spot to call home for the week

The place was very cute and had all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. We loved the front porch with round table and chairs, we played games and had a nice evening in when it rained. Great location, close to everything. Easy walk to the beach.

Clean and pleasant property with all the right amenities for my stay. A quick drive to the speedway and nice bikes avalable for a short pedal to the beach.

The stay was fantastic. Everything worked properly and everything was pretty clean. Communication with the manager was great when I had questions. Do not hesitate to book here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the owner was very responsive from inception of the booking process, answering countless questions we had. She provided a very helpful guide for the area, and even dropped off a lighter and laundry detergent for us upon request. The check in was super easy and smooth, and the property looked just like the pictures posted online. The location is amazing, steps away from the supermarket and ihop, and only a short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities provided including the propane fire pit! It was a wonderful stay for the kids, they also really loved the bunk beds in their room. Super clean, super convenient, we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

First time using VRBO and the rental and owner were outstanding! Very clean and user friendly. Queen bed was comfortable which was surprising for a rental property. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Property was easy to find. Looked exactly like the photos inside and out. Very, very clean. Short walk to IHOP, Winn Dixie, and 7 Eleven. Plenty of inside and outside activities.lots of parking. Excellent communication and reponse. Super easy and fast checkin. Great value for the price. If im in this area again i will definitely stay here

From the moment, I inquired about the cottage, the communication turn around was quick and the description was very accurate upon arrival. The owner designed a personalized welcome packet to include all of their amenities, expectation at the cottage, surrounding restaurants, groceries or hotspots, that may be enjoyed and a rundown of departure. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had all of the elements our family needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this cottage.

What a great find! The online photos, descriptions, and reviews were great enough to allow me to book this cottage (out of hundreds of choices) without hesitation. But, seeing the property in person - the excellent condition of the inside and outside spaces was still a pleasant surprise. The quality vs cost ratio is exceptional. The way the charmingly decorated cottage is filled with nice, useful amenities (the coffee table is a foosball table!) was so thoughtful. There is plenty of storage space for clothes, luggage, and personal items. The appliances and AC worked well and there were plenty of fans throughout. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely book this cottage again. We’ll also highly recommend this cottage to others visiting this area.

We had the best vacation ever! Most of such was thankful and a part was this rental! It was so perfect for my family! The countless games available to play when we needed a break from the sun, the location was amazing, the owners were quick to respond and super easy to work with! The cottage was well furnished and had so much to offer! We used the boogyboards and bikes and wagon daily. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to so many things!
So happy we picked this home to live in for our first family vacation ever!

We absolutely loved this home! ❤️ it was the perfect size for myself, my cousin and our 3 girls. The girls loved how cute everything was. The theme was adorable and not to mention the added items. The boogie boards were a hit at the beach and the towels and cooler were a plus! We hope to come back and stay here again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space! ❤️
