Excelent choice to stay near to Colonial area at Santo Domingo

My room was very clean and quiet. I had booked a room with a balcony view which was great to watch this hustle and bustle in Zona Colonial. The breakfast buffet was good and I did like the rooftop setting. My only annoyance would be that the online pictures are somewhat misleading in my opinion. The room were smaller than I would have thought, but I would consider this hotel again as the staff were all very friendly.

There are rooms with no windows!! Just like dungeons.. All around the hotel looks depressing and dark at night.. don't stay here!!! Spend a couple dollars more and stay in a better location. The city is small anyways.

It great location in Santo Domingo,Very clean, and the breakfast was always great. The staff was always willing to help. Lastly because where it’s located you can visit many historical sites and get Ubers to visit different areas for reasonable prices.

The facilities were ok but the room stinks as humidity. Also they stole me money from check in and check out. They made me pay more in their money and says was the same change as dollars but was a lie. Also made me pay a lot of money for what I consumed and didnt gave me the billed as supposed, they just said is this amount but didnt desglose the items. I asked for it but they says is this amount and that it.

Nice building, the room was unremarkable.

This was more like an upgraded motel/boarding room & hostel. Walk up to our room because no elevator for room 118 & 122. Hallways was noisy. Check in was excellent the outside of the hotel was beautiful. The inside was clean but run down. Walls and floors were cracked and scuffed with dirt marks. See pics attached. Our room felt like a dungeon the room window faced a wall. There was no hot water. The AC worked well. The rooftop was beautiful. I wouldn't return only because I prefer Ritz-carlton, Hiltom, Marriott chains. The location very convenient to all bars, clubs, restaurant area very safe with heavy police presence. No street vendors haggling. The mattress & pillows were ok.

This lovely hotel is in Zona Colonial the historic birthplace of Columbus finding the new world. The housekeeping, kitchen and front desk staff are all pleasant and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of about 20 nearby tourist sites.

Not to bad but I've seen better Staff is nice with trust but not with employees Expedia charges to much I would never used Expedia again
