It had a beautiful view of the sea and I enjoyed my stay there with my family. The TV has netflix, quite homely for me

The lift operations were down from 6 to just 3. We had to wait longer than usual to board on the lift.

The atmosphere is comfortable, accessible to town and other places.

Check in procedures, although being informed self checking but need to do another registration with the guide before collecting the key from mailbox. The mailbox lock is quite weird also, couldn't open it till the staff came to try few round only managed to open.

The worst ever experienced I have when I entered the apartment! Horrible Drilling SOUNDS from the neighbours! It’s not only one unit is doing renovations but few units! Photos attached tell everything. The house is full of dusts because the neighbours are doing renovations. You should inform if client can accept the stay with neighbours are doing renovations. Not until we entered the apartment and you just mentioned you didn’t know the next door is doing renovations! From the lifts until we entered the house, the floors is cover with a layer and few units are doing renovations and it’s not the Day 1 they doing renovations. We cant even rest and suffering the sounds for almost one hour until you pick up the call (after 8 times calling). You are not offering solutions but mentioned renovations is out of your control and you didn’t know. Should not you check your apartments condition before you rent out? We have to initial the request to change other units for replacement. We dont think you reserve 10 point review for such services.

The condo is a new development. Beds were very comfortable. Size is good enough for 4 pax with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

Housekeeping need improvement especially on the glass and mirrors. Shower head not strong water flow. Air con not cold at masterroom and living room. But lucky fans were installed in the hall and bedrooms. No shelf in basin area to put our cleaning stuff.
