Property had LOTS of space, plenty of parking and direct access to beach. Lots of gadgets in multiple kitchens to space out. AC in main house was nice. Most updates were new but some of the house was left unmodified. Had multiple washers and dryers but only 1 dryer was working. all beds were very comfortable.

we rented all 3 units (whole house) for family reunion (14 people). You can't beat the location with views and access to beach. Property does show some wear and tear, however it was kept clean, lots of room for all of us. Kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend.

+ve: Perfect location and views. Relaxing waves sound in every room. Property very well-equipped, and clean. Staff extra nice, and go 10 extra miles. Property in great condition. Outdoor shower super convenient.-ve: A bit pricy. Slow tub drain in 2-bd apartment, and low shower pressure in 1-bd apartment.

My big family had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home! We couldn’t asked for better accommodations. The views were breathtaking, the beds were super cozy, and it was plenty of space for a large family to enjoy!

Love this house. Fits our family perfectly. We especially like the beach patio level for outdoor meals. Plenty of tables and sitting areas. The house is equipped with everything we needed...kitchen utensils, beach towels, toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. Most rooms have an amazing ocean view and the beach was perfect...no rocks.Check-in and out was very easy. This was our second year and we are hoping for many more!

GREAT location right on the beach - incredible views from Unit A! The 3 units were perfect for our family's needs. Max at the management company was very responsive. Know that this is an older home on the beach and showing some wear. Internet is spotty in the lower units and some of the electrical outlets don't work. Putting these issues aside we had a great visit.

So perfect! All communication and instructions made our stay go seamlessly. The three condos accommodated our large family perfectly…everyone had their own bed! The ocean views from the condos were spectacular and the beach access was great. We had BBQ’s every night and served on the lower level patio that had ample seating. Just loved it, and we will be back!

Perfect getaway for large group. We rented the entire place for one week. It was nice that everyone has their own space. The inside of the house it beautiful & spacious! We had everything we needed. The patio is amazing for getting everyone together. My fiancé and I were able to have our own little condo while our friends were still very close by. The views from the main house were just outstanding. Perfect location, easy walk to everything in town. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. The roof/outside of the house definitely need some updating. However the inside of the house is perfectly updated and beautiful. Lots of parking! Which is a plus
