We stayed for a long weekend for a girls trip. Host was very quick to respond to all questions. House was large and gave us a lot of room to move a round and socialize.

Literally right next to the fire station and all night long sirens were going off, no one could sleep.

Property had a lot of great spaces to spread out and relax, from the living room upstairs with the large TV, to the game room downstairs, and evan a quiet space off of the kitchen with a fireplace.

The host, William Williams was exceptional. All facilities and items were accurately portrayed.

We loved staying here. We had two families and ages ranging from 3-14 and the kids really enjoyed it too. Very clean, lots of space, and the owner responds VERY QUICKLY. Would highly recommend.

It was great overall. best part is that i was able to keep in touch with the owner. Will definitely loved to come back.

Beautiful on the inside, it’s bigger than you think. Close to the highway and not far the stadium and shopping mall.

Had family visit and the stay was great. This rental is clean and taken care of. The owners are easy to contact if you have questions.

The property itself was nice and clean, and was close to the stadium/food/fun activities. We were disappointed in the lack of supplies provided though. We cooked breakfast each morning, but there was only 1 normal sized frying pan and 1 small one along with 1 pot. Extra pans or a griddle would be a nice addition. It was not very easy to cook for 10 of us staying there. Also there was no spatula, so we had to buy one to use. There were not enough plates/cups/bowls for all of us either (4 cups and 3-4 coffee cups, 8 plates, etc.) when it is to accommodate up to 10. Extra blankets would have been nice too. Two bedrooms had comforters on the beds but the bunk room and one bedroom only had sheets on them with a throw at the foot of the bed. The downstairs is fun and we had a good time playing games/pool. That was a bonus. Side note: it is 2 doors down from a fire hall that you can definitely hear when it goes off. So if you have light sleepers, it will wake you up when they are called out. Overall, nice place, but it could use a few more supplies.

We were in town for the chiefs game and this was the perfect location near the stadium. The house was a great size for our group and we had an excellent stay!

The house was in a great location and very clean. It worked out perfect for my family. The communication was prompt but limited in explanations.

Had some issues but the host was quick to respond and help as much as possible.

The house itself was beautiful!! Plenty of bathrooms, perfect for a large family. The only complaints I had was that the owner never reached out to provide check in details. I had too ask for them, and normally the owner reaches out to let you know, William did respond promptly though. The other issue was that the beds only had sheets on them, and a small throw blanket. If you stay here, ensure you bring additional blankets if you get cold. Me and my husband had to fight over the small throw blanket provided. Very gorgeous home and very close to worlds of fun and other activities.

My family of 9 loved staying in this home for the week we visited with family. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the downstairs gameroom! The house is super close to I-70 and shopping and restaurants are very convenient. There is a firehouse nearby but their calls out were not terribly loud...the kids loved seeing the fire trucks. We will definitely stay here again!
