Location.

What was advertised was, not offered, unavailable. For example, parking, Netflix, very poor small TV, no kitchen, no laubdary, etc. The owner was deceptive and lack integrity.

Great location, tram stop right outside the building. Lovely room, spacious, fantastic views. Well equipped. Even had chocs and bubbly on arrival, which was a very nice gesture. No complaints at all!

Nothing maybe the bed

What a find! Such a great location, excellent value and the view is exactly how it is in the photos. The bottle of bubbly and box of chocolates were a lovely touch, and the room is extremely spacious. Graham was thorough and friendly, and I can’t wait to stay there again when I go back to the Gold Coast. If you see this property available, don’t hesitate, and book it!

Actually met the owners of the unit.

The patronising reception staff who did not consider me a "guest" as the room I stayed in is owned privately. Tall thin lady who was to put in bluntly, rude.
