The location was excellent just minutes away from the YAS parks. Apartment was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities. The apartment owner was very welcoming and responds quickly to messages.

the host first made a mistake, did not allow our late check-in, I had to book an other accommodation, than later changed his mind and allowed us to arrive late. Should have apologised for the mistake. At the end the place was comfy and really nice.

Fantastic location. Walkable to Yas mall. Love chilling on the balcony. Supermarket close by along with some nice places to eat. Directly opposite sea world. Easy to find from E11.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, and will be happy to come again to Water's Edge private neighbourhood. Groceries store next building with ready meals and all you may need; restaurants available on site too. Outdoor pool with warm water - visited every morning before theme parks. Very close to all theme parks - under USD 10 by taxi one way. Near airport and Yas Beach - probably one of the best private beaches in Abu Dhabi. Easy check-in and check-out. Note: we stayed 4 nights and visited all 4 theme parks on Yas Island using one ticket; no queues during Ramadan; we did not eat at theme parks, which saved a lot of budget.

Be prepared to buy table salt, if plan to cook. Frying pan is not great, but good enough to make omelette or cook chicken.
