We loved our time at this property. It was close to Tamarack and felt very secluded in the trees. The back patio was awesome. Hot tub was clutch! The theater room was amazing!

Great property, tucked in the mountain side and feels like you're in the woods. Lots of cookware, the spices were plenty, and the house large enough to allow everyone enough space. The property manager replied promptly and all in the all the location was beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the house in working order. Wish there was more snow!!

good location. there was a camper 100 yards from the property who was very loud. we noticed their electical cord was connected to the house we were staying in. everything else was great.

We stayed for the weekend and it was beautiful, the cabin and the location. It was definitely a fun weekend for sure. The only issue we had is we ran out of hot water after the 1st person took a shower and there were 5 of us so maybe a new hot water heater may be needed for a larger group. Will definitely be back for sure though!

Perfect cabin for our family with 6 adults and 4 young kids. We loved the theater room with a huge selection of DVDs. Kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to prep a Thanksgiving dinner, and even had an Instant Pot and a waffle maker. Don’t forget to bring your own cooking spray like we did! Property was very quiet and great location! Would highly recommend!

This house is very comfortable for families up to 6 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is well appointed and the outside deck is a great gathering spot. The guest king bed is extremely squeaky and needs addressed

Our group loved this home and the ability to ride from the house to the trail. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. we would definitely select this location again.

Wonderful cabin nestled in the woods giving you a feeling of solitude. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the theater room and the hot tub.

We had our first stay at Whiskey Mountain in June of 2019. We've stayed there approximately six times now with our most recent stay the weekend before Thanksgiving. On every trip except this past one we have taken our Polaris RZR and access the mountains right from the cabin. Our teenage daughter enjoys going there so much that she invites a different friend each time. The hot tub and movies are always the highlights. We enjoy being there and the relaxed atmosphere of the fireplace. We look forward to the next stay there. We've built many wonderful family memories. We recommend at least a three day stay.

Home was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Technology needs to be updated. Internet was super slow, and TVs were outdated. No access to stream movies like we had planned. Lots of old DVD movies available to watch but no way to login and stream TV. Matt was extremely nice and communicative. Will definitely rent from him in the future!

We love this cabin, but were disappointed this time in the functionality of the electronics. We love the theater room and planned to watch our annual family Christmas movie during our stay. This is a big motivation for us to return to this facility. We were never able to get the projector to work with the instructions provided, even with tech-savvy youngsters with us. There was sound, but no video. We were finally able to use the downstairs television and DVD player, but only after connecting a hanging cord. More detailed instructions or simplified operations would be helpful.

This is our 3rd time renting for our annual girls weekend. We love this place. Everything is great and the home is perfect. We think people tend to walk off with items like wine openers and salt and pepper. The hot tub could use a good scrub, but our weekend was amazing and we'll be back!

Stayed for a birthday party and really enjoyed the house. Loved the theater room!! We want to come back!

Had a great weekend with our family. Only complaint would be the lack of TV options. They need to have at least an antenna on the TV to watch local news.

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Had to fix the Hot Tub cover as it wasn't properly out back. Trash can was left outside and garage code did not work. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Affordable rental in a nice location. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Hot tub was nice and warm enough for the extremely cold weather. The movie room was fun for the kids although the adults didn't use it much. There were two ovens which was a nice add on. This home had one major down side. They cap the thermostat at 70 degrees. The heating isn't great anyway and it was extremely cold while we were there. We were always kinda cold and I think 70 is a bit too harsh to cap it at in the winter. Additionally there's no cable or tv capabilities. You could try to stream something with an Amazon stick but the WiFi isn't good enough so if tv is important to you this ones not for you. Other than that it was a good home. We wouldn't go back though due to the heating situation.

My family and I loved this home and location. It has a big back yard full of trees and places to explore, the location was close to everything we wanted to do and the home was clean and had everything we needed.

Our family had an awesome time at the Whiskey Mountain Retreat Home. The bunk beds were perfect for our little ones. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would consider booking this house again for a family vacation.
