Upon my arrival, I found the premises deserted. I promptly notified via phone that I had arrived, yet proceeded to wait for an additional half hour with no sign of anyone. This transpired amidst a torrential downpour, while the entrance door remained ajar, and an unpleasant odor pervaded the interior. To exacerbate matters, my experience was further marred by a contentious phone conversation with the proprietor, marked by verbal abuse. Consequently, given the unfavorable conditions and unprofessional treatment, I have decided not to avail myself of any further facilities.

The disappointment stemmed from a combination of factors. Firstly, upon my arrival, I found the facility deserted with no presence or acknowledgment. Despite promptly notifying them of my arrival via phone, I proceeded to wait for an additional half hour in the pouring rain without any response. Furthermore, the entrance door was left open, creating an unpleasant environment filled with an off-putting odor. The physical conditions were further complicated by an unprofessional and unpleasant phone conversation with the owner, involving verbal abuse and a lack of courtesy. In light of these unfortunate circumstances, I have decided to abstain from further use of the facilities, a choice driven by the unfavorable experience and the lack of professional treatment.
