Property has it all! Awesome outdoor setting with everything you’d ever need. We loved our stay!

The cabin is out of the way and surrounded by nature including a lake/pond and woods. It is comfortable and clean and easy to get to. Great place to relax.

Horseshoe Acres Lodge was everything and more! I reserved this cabin a year ago for the weekend of April 8th 2024 Total Eclipse of the Sun. My family and friends gathered in Tennessee for the August 2017 Total Eclipse and we wanted to share that experience again together here in NW Pa. The cabin and grounds are amazing. The amenities in the kitchen were top notch, including coffee, sugar and creamer for the coffee maker. We enjoyed the fire pit during the day and into the evening. The ability to change the benches at the fire pit into tables was a great surprise. The fully appointed game room was an excellent asset if our weather had been cool and rainy. Several enjoyed the hot tub, while others walked along the shoreline of the pond and sat along the beach area. This property was the perfect spot for good friends to come together. We are already talking about returning for another gathering next year. Thank you so much, Ashley and Dave!

Despite the cold weather, we had the best time at your cozy cabin! Everything was impeccably clean. There were lots of games and activities to do with the snow storm outside. The hot tub was in perfect working order and was a treat with the picturesque winter background. The property is well up kept and was a little slice of paradise. Highly recommend, great communication with owners. Lots of pillows and blankets to house a cabin full of teenagers, beds were comfortable. Thanks so much for a great stay! Will be back again next year 😊

My wife and I, our toddlers and my mother in law stayed here for a long weekend in March. The property was very beautiful with great trails and the amazing pond. They had everything needed for kids which was great. The hosts were super easy to get ahold of and very responsive for everything. Will def I talk be back!

My sister, niece, and friend rented this cabin for a girls weekend. We do a girls weekend annually. We prefer to stay in a cabin, in a rural area, with a hottub. This cabin met our requirements. Plus we wanted to go to the wineries in Northeast, PA which was an easy 40 m

This place has anything you could ever want for a bachelor party. A great pond with a beach area and some good fishing spots, a hot tub of it’s too cold for the pond, and a completely finished basement with a pool table dart board and poker table. What more could you ask for really. The check in and checkout process was easy and the property was immaculate when we arrived. We will probably being staying here again

My daughter, her boyfriend, two nephews, one great nephew, 2 friends from work, 2 childhood friends and myself stayed 5 days. Had a blast in a beautiful cabin on a lake.

Beautiful Cabin and fit 5 adults without issue (could easily have had more guests) the cabin is clean well decorated and a great layout. The outdoor area is fantastic! The fire pit area is a great layout and includes seating. The cabin is overlooking a huge pond and has a dock. The property even has a hot tub and a small playground if you are bringing kids. Great communication with the host and easy self check in / check out process. If you are looking for something that feels like a private retreat that is still a quick drive to town then this is the spot. We look forward to booking again.

I can’t express how beautiful and worth it it was to stay here. The cabin is just how it was described, along with the land. Definitely children friendly. Hot tub was a nice added bonus for our little trip. Everything is beautiful and well kept. The owners respond quickly if you have questions or need something. Just amazing. Definitely have to go back!!

Stunnningly beautiful, super clean, so peaceful.

The owners of this beautiful cabin responded to our texts promptly. We loved all but one feature about this place, which was communicated and responded to as best as possible. We loved the location, the playground, the fire pit, the gas grill, the access to a wonderfully-sized lake with free use of a dock, a john boat, two paddle boats, kayaks and a manageable-sized beach for little people. With the one question tended to, we would very happily recommend this place and these owners and probably will book again for next year.

Picture perfect. We chose to stay onsite the whole time & didn't venture off the property but there was plenty to keep busy. Access to the flat, canoe & paddle boats as well as kayaks was perfect. We shouldn't brought that fishing geer. Little ones have a great play area. Hot tub was fabulous- we never saw a sole that wasn't with our group, not even traffic. We did bring a lot of our stuff but all basics being there is nice. Sulfar water stinks tho however it didn't ruin our stay by no means, just happy we brought plenty of bottle water

We spent 3 nights inside this beautiful cozy cabin. Our kids enjoyed the game room downstairs. We utilized all the kayaks and paddle boats to do our fishing on the pond, and caught tons of fish which is very well stocked. We all enjoyed having a hot tub right outside the front door. So much to do while on the property, and we loved every thing about this place. 10/10 recommend. My kids didn’t want to leave. We will be back next year!! Wonderful place.

This beautiful cozy cabin had so much space inside and outside for family and friends fun! The hosts were super sweet and accommodating. There was so much to do with the paddle boats, playground with sandbox, hot tub, grill and firepit we didn't even go to the amusement park or beach. The house was so equipped with everything needed and more. I'm so greatful for the wonderful time with my daughter and grand daughters and friends. Thank you!

Located in what feels like the middle of nowhere. Cabin is situated on a large pond. Plenty to do at the cabin plus located 20 -30min drive to good restaurants and entertainment. My husbands first words when we arrived were "We have been looking for some place to go every year and I think this may be it." Spent time on the pond, day trip to Waldameer Amusement park. Loved sitting on the porch when it was raining listening to the rain on the tin roof and watching the droplets on the pond. Nothing more relaxing.

We absolutely loved every minute we were there... The beautiful cabin and property were outdoor persons' paradise. It has everything you could ever want, something for everyone. Even after a nasty thunderstorm we had the best time family charades in the dark. Owners and power co had recovery from storm super quick. The kids were bummed when lights came back on, playing games by lantern in a cabin was pretty cool.. It really is in a great location close to the best lake erie towns but still gives you privacy you dont usually get with other rentals. Family is already talking about going back next year!!!

Perfect little cabin to get a way for a bit. Very secluded! Plenty of activities to do, and the pond is well stocked for fishing!!

Property is absolutely beautiful!! Our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time swimming and boating in the pond! Hot tub was definitely a bonus- Cabin was ready for us when we arrived- truly a great family get a away- so thankful to our hosts for sharing their amazing property- Plan to visit again!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We were visiting Niagara Falls and wanted to take in some of Lake Erie on the way home. The cabin is so nice and cozy. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. Upon arrival there were bottles of water and cookies..which was a lovely touch! We would definitely stay again.

We booked this lovely cabin for a couple getaway for which it was perfect, but it would also be perfect for a family or 2-3 families. We found ourselves imagining a return with friends, for which the only potential dilemma would be only one bathroom. We loved the hot tub and kayaks for boating and there were many things available to us to use (campfire ring, game room, etc) that make it a perfect getaway! There was no air conditioning, but windows and fans kept us comfortable and the basement was significantly cooler as well. We did bring in our own bottled water at the owner's recommendation and did end up getting ice elsewhere. It was a great stay at a great property and we definitely plan to return. The hosts were very responsive to contact. We did venture to some nearby locations and took a nice walk at Indian Heads Park by the Conneaut Creek and stopped at White Turkey. Definitely recommend a stay at Horseshoe Acres Lodge!

It was such beautiful property. And, having all of the amenities, that we had made our trip even more special. We have never done a trip through VRBO, and now I cannot wait for the next one. Let alone, re-booking this trip. I don’t think I could get enough of this property. The serene surroundings, meant a lot to us.
