Absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental! The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The spacious living and dining areas provided ample room for our family to gather and enjoy meals and play games. There were so many little things that made a big difference, game consoles, sound machines, board games to name a few. Would highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!"

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were minutes away from fun biking trails and beautiful hiking and rock climbing areas. It was a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The backyard pool is amazing!

This house facilitated one of the funnest weekends I've ever had in my life. Not only were we able to get away from some of the colder winter weather, but we were even able to SWIM in January. Even without a hot tub and heated pool, the layout of the house was set up PERFECTLY for a fun time with relaxing couches and TV's for group video gaming and a great kitchen for cooking and enjoying each others company. I highly recommend this home for an exciting vacation.

Five stars! The pool is the best part, super easy to heat up, super warm very comfortable. Very cozy backyard, there's a lot of bedrooms. Great sleeping experience (super comfortable bed). I'd rate A+. There's lots of room for family gathering and out of every window there's a great view! It's also great to sit on the deck at night and star gaze, or just admirer the view, it also over looks the pool and spa.

I loved our stay here! The place was so cosy yet I never felt squished in with all the people we had. The location was beautiful and the kitchen perfect for everything we needed. I absolutely loved the pool! It made such a difference to have a place to enjoy the sun and escape the winter! I would definitely stay again!

The house is big so it fits lots of people with the ability to hold many families since each room has its own bathroom. There are lots of games and things to do near you so it's great for kids. It was a fun get away place and I would definitely go there again

This house was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, roomy, and set up for fun! This spot was perfect for our family get away, but I could also see it being so fun for girls/guys trips, roommate reunions, or even business retreats. Close to lots of fun hiking and nature activities, but honestly it was hard to leave the house with all the swimming, gaming, ping-pong playing etc we all did together.

This is an absolutely beautiful home! The home, the yard, the view, the pool and hot tub were perfect for our group! It was well stocked, so comfortable, roomy and just fun. We would love to stay in this home again. It was the nicest place we have ever stayed in!

You will not regret booking this beautifully designed, spotless, and insanely stocked rental! We enjoyed the private heated pool and hot tub everyday in our December stay. We were in awe of the beautiful location and being only 5 minutes away from Sand Hollow State park. They had had everything we needed for cooking - everything was high quality and brand new! We slept like a baby in the comfortable and stylish beds and extra large couches that made for the funnest movie nights! Our kids loved the epic bunkbed rooms! Sarah was an amazing host who was very quick to message us and even helped up get back in after we checked out because we forgot our Elf on the shelf - so she also saved Christmas for our little kids! We would love to stay again sometime!

I don't know if I've ever stayed in a vacation rental that made me feel as relaxed and at home as this one! It is very beautifully furnished, with modern yet comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms fit our large group well. Four families with lots of kids fit nicely into the bunk rooms. Comfy beds! Our kids and teens really enjoyed the hangout space in the loft with a double TVs and a table for playing games. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially playing volleyball in the pool! It's close to the community pool as well, which the kids also enjoyed. Lots of hooks throughout the house for hanging towels. The main floor living and dining spaces are open and comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone. There is also seating out on the patio. The kitchen is well-appointed with every utensil and gadget you might need for preparing meals for a large group. We found this house was set up very nicely, no detail overlooked. Would definitely book again!

This beautiful new home was the perfect vacation rental for our group of 20! Beds for everyone and plenty of different gathering spaces. Our teens loved the spacious upstairs loft area, and the seating on the deck (patio table with a fireplace!) was our favorite adult hangout spot. The pergola with lights was a nice touch as well. Having a private pool was so fun for the kids - we spent all afternoon playing volleyball and loved the ease of going back and forth from the pool to the house. Finally, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, including little touches like a fresh lemon squeezer. I have already booked a return stay at this house in a few months when we come to St George! Location was amazing (we hiked at Quail Creek just a few minutes away, and hiked the Jem Trail). So many fun things so close.

Not all vacation homes are created equally and this home in St. George is perfect for multiple families. Things we loved: *The kitchen. I don't think I've ever seen such a well-stocked kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Griddle, crockpot, etc. There was even a rice cooker! *Fantastic areas for games. Loved the circular table upstairs for games, the adjacent huge couches for gaming, the big table downstairs for more games and then we had a different group watching the football game in the family area next to the kitchen. The home is well-divided so the sound of the TVs on each level wasn't a distraction. *The pool, hot tub and nearby pickleball courts were awesome. I didn't get a chance to do the lap pool in the common area. *Washers and dryers on different levels. Lots of people means lots of laundry. This was a perk. *Location. We liked being near Sand Hollow. Everything we wanted to do was within 15-20 minutes and it was nice to escape the traffic and crowds. It felt like a true retreat. 10/10 would stay here again and would highly recommend!
