Nel bagno c'era una perdita, la wiifii era scadente

La posizione, la camera ampia e dotata di tutte le comodità, la gentilezza dello staff e la loro disponibilità a risolvere eventuali disguidi esterni alla struttura (prenotazione attività o chiamata taxi). Poco distante dalla struttura si trovano le fermate dei bus diretti verso le principali attrazioni.

Big room and great experience

Alternative arrangement for guest to use Swimming pool and Gym. The facilities were shut for maintenance without revealing the actual reason. Anything like this is a surprise. No alternative arrangements.

Nice location, everything was nearby.

Room service staff don't cares about "do not disturb" sign (they wake us up 3 times in 2 days). In reception only one guy deigned to answer our questions clearly and not mumble useless information.

This was ma third stay at this property the guy in the reception Denrick was very helpful and kind thank you so much boss for the room upgrade and the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious as well the waiters were very friendly and helpful . The room was well organized and clean . it was a memorable stay again see you soon 🙏

The pool and gym is closed from quite a long time . Even ma previous stay it was closed 😅😅

Очень красивый и стильный номер. Бассейн на крыше отличный, с теплой водой. Отличный персонал, доступность пляжа. Радом много парков и торговых центров, mc Donald’s, kfc, Starbucks, все в шаговой доступности

В холле был компьютер с принтером, но он не работал, пришлось просить на ресепшене распечатать билеты. А так было бы удобно , чтобы можно было это сделать самому

El RIAD está bien, un poco escondido, pero es lo normal en el casco antiguo de Marrakech.

No me gustaron dos cosas. La primera que el RIAD está tan "occidentalizado" que ha perdido su esencia marroquí. Pero bueno, entiendo que esto es cuestión de gustos. La segunda, más importante para mi, es que no nos devolvieron los pasaportes hasta que no pagamos las habitaciones y eso no me gustó nada, nada, nada.

Очень большой номер с открывающимися для проветривания окнами (что редкость для ОАЭ). Красивые панорамные окна с видом на город. номера не новые, но вполне ухоженные. На полах ковровое покрытие. Уборка ежедневно, вода пополняется на каждого проживающего ежедневно. Прекрасный скоростной интернет, пригодный для удаленной работы. Очень близко к пляжу (но в даты нашего визита городские пляжи были закрыты после шторма). Рядом парк для прогулок. Завтрак стандартный для отелей - есть всё, чтобы зарядиться на день: яйца вареные, омлеты/яичницы, сосиски, картофельные котлеты, рис и т.п. Колбасы, сыры, овощи, фрукты, выпечка. Никаких проблем. Хороший кофе, к сожалению, платный (15 AED), но бесплатный из чана тоже вполне нормальный.

Зона у бассейна на крыше без зонтов и навесов - очень жарко и некуда укрыться! При этом есть лежаки для отдыха, но после 11 утра находиться невозможно. В номере с кухней нет посуды для приготовления пищи.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e attento, ci hanno fatto upgrade della stanza, ed effettivamente era una junior suite molto spaziosa e confortevole. Buona posizione, piscina sul rooftop piccola ma carina acqua bassa per i bambini.

Il.giorno del check out ho lasciato sbadatamente delle cose in camera pigiama, calamite varie, siccome avevo lasciato i bagagli nel loro deposito per una notte intera avrei gradito almeno un messaggio da parte loro in modo tale che avrei potuto recuperarli nel momento che sono tornata a riprendere i bagagli la mattina seguente.

pessimi, nello stesso giorno dell’arrivo hanno annullato la prenotazione, con la scusa di problemi alla carta di credito, poi invece, arrivati lì di persona, dopo aver interrotto le attività turistiche per risolvere la cosa, la carta e stata accetta. hanno fatto la stessa identica cosa con altra stanza della famiglia di amici con cui viaggiavamo. non so che interesse avevano nel falo, probabilmente avevano modo di vedere la stanza ad altri a prezzo piu alto. grosso disagio siamo dovuti correre dalnseaword a mezz’ora di auto, e perso il costo dei biglietti per tutte le due famiglie. ho cercato di risolvere la cosa telefonicamente, ma hanno fatto perdere tempo a telefono con l’attesa al centralino facendo finire il credito telefonico all’estero, e non hanno tentato di richiamare loro.

отличное месторасположение отеля недалеко от набережной и пляжа корниш. заселение оформили достаточно быстро, в номере чисто.

для двоих маленький номер, набор зубных щеток дали только для одного человека. завтрак не входит в проживание.

- Quality of furniture and interior is awesome 👌 - Breakfast is one of the best 👌 for 4 star in AUH - Staff friendly .. helped me in all the way - Bigger rooms and bigger bed 🛌 awesome 👌 enough for 10 years old son, me, and wife - City view is great if you select upper floors - I asked for late checkout, and they have given upto 2pm for free. Awesome 👌 policy. - Hotel restaurant staff friendly. I ordered French fries and given me in no time with extra source for free. (Other hotels charge me )

- Bathrooms clean but can further improve - TV 📺 has nothing to watch if you understand English language only. It's not just this hotel.. whole hotel chain in UAE 🇦🇪. But they can improve on this.

Убирались в номере хорошо, питание было не плохое

1) Один из номеров не имел вида на море (окно на противоположную сторону), хотя в заказе оба номера были с видом на море. 2) Невообразимо шумные ремонтные работы в соседних номерах ежедневно с 8 твою мать утра

Very nice hotel, great views from rooftop, friendly staff. Location superb-close to many shops, restaurants and beach/promenade. Great walk-in shower and bed so comfy, I could not get out in the morning. Will definitely stay again.
