Convenient and easy to find location. Highly responsive and pro-active communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Just a super little piece of accommodation for a one or two night stay, communication from the hosts was great, left in absolutely no doubt about parking and accessing the accomodation

Parking was free at the property. Easy access to Brighton via a bus service. Never stayed at an airbandb before but this little gem exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, quiet, loads of extras and lots of info from the owners. Will definitely use again.

So many plug sockets and usb sockets. Quiet area near Brighton. Free parking right outside. Free wifi. Good shower. Very cosy. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge, bicuits! TV with netflix.

Difficult to answer as it suited us perfectly. Maybe too small for others, only one chair and the bed to sit on.

The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped and incredible value for money. Free parking is a real bonus in Brighton. The location is super convenient for buses to the centre. Near to a local pub , coffee shop and a Tesco Express so a handy location too. The hostess was charming. I will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Brighton.

The room was small but so was the cost so not a fundamental drawback of the venue. the decor, facilities and cleanliness more than compensated and, as stated above, I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and cosy with free parking located in a nice area. Short 15/20 min walk into Centre. Very helpful hosts, whom provided us with many recommendations of where to eat, drink and visit.

Such a cute, clean and well decorated room. We were very impressed with what we had been provided with, snacks, towels, first aid kit, hair dryer etc. A very comfortable bed and nice and quiet area. Although we never met the owners, we felt very welcomed and they were extremely willing to help us with any enquiries via Booking.com. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful value for money, great location, beautifully decorated and very clean, attentive owners. Perfect for a solo traveller.

There is no door to the toilet, and bed - though perfect for a solo traveller - was a bit tight for two.
