Modern home, super quality queen bed and room space. Spacious and fully furnished open plan kitchen. Lounge and dining space . Nice personal options like fruit bowls and shared basic pantry items from host family which are not present at motels.

Only the distance from city centre, but a minor issue only.

Other guests not respecting the use of the bathroom after their use of it, for others to use. The previous stay was much better. Would still recommend it..

This was my first time staying in a homestay and as such cannot compare to others, but this residence is spotlessly clean, and located in a very quite.atea. The family are lovely people, ffriendly, and attentive to guests. The open space living area is generous in size and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. The home is less than two kilometers from grocery options such as Countdown and New World if you want to be self sufficient, or Lone Star, Good Neighbor, mainstream fast food outlets and a number of smaller operations if you want to eat out or spend the evening in a different environment. If you're staying over for work reasons it's roughly a 15-20 minute early morning drive to the Hamilton CBD.

Nothing really. I don't have a companion point for this type of accommodation. I had a 4 night stay without issue.
