Accommodation is located in a quiet, clean area of ​​private houses. With a garden, swimming pool and perfectly provided living conditions. The host had prepared necessities - shower gels, soap, coffee, milk for coffee and more. Very convenient transportation to the city center by metro. Greece has a very convenient public transport network, a cheap 5-day travel ticket (8,20 EUR). To and from the airport travel ticket must be purchased separately (9 EUR one way). You can buy a ticket at the ticket machine in English, German or Russian at any station. Accommodation is easy to find when you get off the subway - turn left (There's a great grocery store across the street. Highly recommended!), walk 1 block, than turn left, walk 1 block, than turn right, walk 1 block, than turn left, walk 1 block, than turn right and walk 2 blocks and you will be there (walking time from subway to the house is 5-7 minutes)!

I liked everything

This apartment is wonderful, cozy and beautifully decorated, exactly as seen in the photos. The owner has created a very warm and welcoming space by making various additions, such as the cute little decorations all around the apartment, which contribute to the "homey" feeling of it. There was absolutely everything one may need for even a longer stay (appliances, full pantry -not to mention the generous breakfast items we were given for free! - bath products etc.) The entire apartment is spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy and, most importantly for us visiting in January, it was extremely warm. We really appreciated the garden, even though we obviously didn't use the pool, it was nice to see all the decorations and fairy lights. Lastly, the owner is very sweet and responsive, she checked on us and whether we needed anything (mind you, we were only there for the weekend, and still she showed great interest in our stay) and even brought a vase for the flowers we had brought. We are very thankful for everything and would suggest this place without a doubt!!!

The couple who owns the studio were LOVELY, so friendly and kind! I stayed there for two nights (along with my DogChild) and I've never been more pleased with my stay. The first thing I loved was, upon our arrival to the accommodation, the homeowner was thoughtful about my dog, she left two bowls for him (so he could comfortably eat and drink from). The room was clean, cozy and the decor was just as amazing, I loved the garden and wish I could spend more time outside but the rain prevented me from doing so). I loved "Harley" the female Akita who belongs to the homeowners, she was excited to meet my dog and would come over the door every morning to greet us. I also loved the fact there is an Ac and a washing machine, which is a MUST, I could never stay somewhere without a washing machine!!! "Kifisia" the area where I was staying at was safe, clean and overall a great location to stay at. I could go on about many things that I loved but I think I'll stop here.

The small guest house at PJs property is clean, cozy, well equipped and perfectly formed. It may be compact but has everything you need. We were able to use the pool and hot tub, which felt like we had this all to ourselves. The kitchen had everything you needed to make dinner ls and huge fridge (which was stocked with drinks!). There were also useful things like oil, vinegar, salt etc which really help. Also toiletries in the.l bathroom! The smart TV complete with Netflix meant we could watch movies in the evenings too. The best thing about our stay was the hosting. We were treated with such kindness and spoiled with freshly baked treats. The animals there are definitely a feature. I would say you should be a fan of dogs and cats and then this will be a huge bonus. Harley the dog is beautiful and was lovely having her say hello to us each morning. You are in very close proximity to the host, but they manage to strike the perfect balance of giving you lots of privacy whilst being on hand to help and have nice conversation. We loved our 8 day stay. We could have stayed longer! It is a fanatic base to have and then explore other parts of Athens by train. Also if you are there for IVF (as we were) it is a beautiful sanctuary to spend time in. Great value for money, I can’t recommend it enough

Loved everything about it. Perhaps not suitable if you have a phobia of dogs or cats as they are around, but for us, it was such a positive part of the stay.
