No parking so either seafront or car park not unusual for Brighton and Hove though Shower too small, once I got in shower and closed door couldn’t turn or bend a bit impractical if you not a slim frame

It was very clean, well stocked with stuff to clean, drink and the availability of washing facilities was very helpful. The property was in a great central location for the beach or travelling into central Brighton whilst still being far enough from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet enough to get rest. It was spacious enough for a couple. Very polite people cleaning the property and there kitchen facilities are very full of any gadget you might need for cooking. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a break on the coast.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was perfect.

The communication was perfect . Practically immediate friendly, response. Studio was small but the way the accommodation was planned was amazing… pull up bed hidden away, toilet, bathroom, storage cupboard and kitchen with microwave, kettle, crockery, utensils, and fridge supplied with waters, yoghurts , milk etc . Very helpful and unexpected.

Beds were not that comfortable… No lift but staff were very helpful with cases.

The building is on a quiet street. Good WIFI connection in my room. The place is SPOTLESS. Probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. James the live in caretaker is very helpful and friendly. Excellent communication with the owner. Reasonable rates for the time of the year I stayed.

Sadly this place did not work out for me. I did a search on Booking.com for an apartment with a washing machine. This place came up and little did I know that it is a former hotel with TINY rooms which are now called studios. They are not studios and they are not apartments but small former hotel rooms. The advertised washing machine is a shared coin operated washing machine in the hallway. £1 per 10 minutes which is flat out a rip off. Nothing is mentioned about that in the description. The picture of the kitchen is a shared kitchen in the basement! Very deceiving pictures. The pillows were flat, no towel rack in the bathroom (not enough space for it!) The shower cabin is the smallest I have ever seen. I barely fitted inside it. The bed is a folding bed (very uncomfortable), the 2 sinks in the room are TINY. The fire alarm had issues and went off twice in the same night and was then tested most part of the morning 2 days later. Very disturbing. Paper thin walls. I had a voice coach staying in the room next to me. She was practicing her vocals all day long! I could hear the guests taking in the other rooms. The bathroom light stays on (triggered by a sensor) for about 10 mins. which was very disturbing in the night. Guests checked in at midnight. Again, very disturbing. No elevator and the stair case is very narrow. Not ideal when one has heavy luggage. I had expected an apartment with a kitchen (which is what I searched on Booking.com initially) and a washing machine so this was very disappointing for me to find myself checking in at a tiny room in a former hotel.

Ondanks de kleine ruimte, was alles zeer compleet en comfortabel. Zeer schoon. Zowel het uitklapbed als de slaapbank waren zeer comfortabel. Fijne douche. Grote TV. Klein keukentje met borden, kopjes, glazen, snijplank, bestek, waterkoker, magnetron en koelkastje. Er was zelfs wat proviand zoals thee en instant koffie, koeken, melk, frisdrank en flesjes water. Rustige straat, maar zeer dichtbij winkels en de zee. Ramona was super vriendelijk en reageerde altijd erg snel.
