Great staff, we had a small issue with the first room and they were so helpful and immediately gave us a new room, staff were super friendly anytime we came through the lobby and were lovely to interact with. Tv was big and worked well, the view from the window was gorgeous, and the room was clean

Awesome hotel, very spacious and excellent staff. Location was very close to the main square and close to the Ollantaytambo ruins. Room was comfortable for our needs. Hotel offered to safely keep our luggage while we took our overnight trip to Aguas Calientes for Machu Picchu. They accepted Credit Card as form of payment. Breakfast was very limited but ok for us.

It took awhile for the hot water to come out in the shower.

Hot water was an issue but please ask staff and they will gladly help to resolve. If your room faces the front entrance be aware there is construction going on that start early in the morning during weekdays as of July 2024.

The front desk was always ready to help, very nice people. The location is very good, but getting there you have to walk a very uneven, dark street at night.

The property has very hard beds, mold in the bathroom and super cold at night.
