Comfortable and has everything you need inside. Very close to all things Duluth. In a very old part of town and not much to do in the immediate vicinity.

This space was perfect for us for a weekend coming into town to celebrate a graduation. It was so very fresh, clean, organized, comfortable and the perfect amount of luxury for a get-away. I look forward to come back next time I am in town.
The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was spa like and the kitchen hub of the home had it all. Top notch in so many ways.
It is truly a hidden gem!

Very nice, clean, safe, comfortable space with a simple yet modern ambiance. Great stay for our family of 4. King bed and 2 cots (rollaway beds). The bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was great, nice cookware, etc. Great restaraunts and activities downtown Duluth within a 10 minute drive. Grocery store (Super 1 Foods) about a 5 minute drive. Approximately 45 minutes from Gooseberry Falls. Fitgers brew house has awesome vegetarian options- great food! Would recommend!

Very impressed with this place. It was well very nice inside. The ease of entry was a breeze. Even down to the small things like TP, detergent and necessities were what we use in ow home. Definitly recommend and would stay there again.

This was a great place. The only news I had a little difficulty finding the entrance a photo of the entrance door would be helpful when sending the sign in info.
Super neat and comfortable. Host was responsive to all messages and accommodating.

We were celebrating our birthdays with a long weekend getaway and we could not have been more pleased with our stay here. It looked just like the photos online and was VERY clean. Our hosts gave us very clear instructions on how to enter and there was a nice welcome book as well. It was also very quiet, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful place!

By far the best! Very clean, amazing art work and shopping areas. Easy to access with only a few stairs! Kitchen was clean and amazing lighting. Would stay here again!!!

Visited my daughter for the holidays was very accommodating to host five people for a dinner communication with house host was perfect very central location. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful new apartment in a quiet and convenient area to Lincoln Park are in West Duluth. Pretty much everything was there, new and in beautiful condition. Would stay again and the owners are easy to work with!

We loved our stay here while visiting family in Duluth. It was a great place for our family of four, and the kids loved sleeping in the foldaway beds. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

I don’t think the pictures do justice, the place is very nice and modern. Everything looks to be updated so nicely. The owners were great communicators and we were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great rental for a couple or two people. Super clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Owners were very quick to respond to us on a couple of questions. Would highly recommend.

What a great place. My son attends UMD and with all the hotels in Duluth being mostly booked and so expensive, this was perfect for our weekend visit. A quick easy drive to campus. Don’t let the location fool you. Such a cool place to spend a weekend!

We loved the place! Cozy, comfortable beds, welcome snacks, info book, & had everything we needed. I had to call for a little check-in problem which she got right back to me & all was well!! I am from Duluth & will be stay here again!

Hands down one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. They have thought of everything. It was incredibly clean, well updated, extremely organized and comfortable. The king bed is very comfortable and we are obsessed with the shower head and the bath products that were provided. We made good use of the washing machine and we’re grateful for it detergent that was left for us to use.

I’m an artist, so I have a passion for home design and decor. This rental was beautifully remodeled in exquisite contemporary deign with detail to every inch of the dwelling. A very thoughtful card and bottle of wine, along with bottles of water welcomed us for our anniversary. Excellent communication with the owner. The rental provided paper products, extra cooking items, dish soaps and more. The bed was extremely comfortable too. A code was provided for easy entry. We will definitely stay here over and over again.

This place is new, comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were very nice.
