Great location, great house for the guys simple and classy. Loved the bathroom/kitchen bags for shower/cleaning, everything you need was in them. Nice added touch. Parking can be difficult spots are tight with these connected units.

While we found the unit to be newer, and at first glance it seemed to be everything in the pictures. However, there was more than a few misses. We had to message the property manager as there were no floor mats in any of the bathrooms, despite the pictures clearly showing floor mats in multiple bathrooms and the floors were slippery. They said they would bring some and to use extra towels in the laundry area. Unfortunately there were no clean towels, only dirty ones in the washer. When they did bring us a floor mat on day 3 it was only 1 floor mat for 4 full bathrooms. There was also no tissue in the bathrooms even though it is shown in the pictures, and they have these prepackaged amenity boxes with tiny toiletries and soap that are sufficient for one or maybe two nights but not a 5 day stay such as ours. The listing is inaccurate as the stated walk in closet in the Master bedroom is locked off and inaccessible resulting in no where to hang your clothes and there is no dresser in the bedroom either. The cleanliness was relatively clean at first sight but there were stains on sheets, dishes had visible food stuck on them and the floor was dirty leaving our feet black. The blinds are motorized however one of the bedroom controllers had dead batteries, requiring us to retrieve another controller from a different bedroom to operate the blinds. In summary it is not as nice as the pictures or listing description,it is decent, but overpriced for what is actually provided.

Please was very clean. Area was nice and I felt very safe with the family. You will hear your neighbors if they are home but that's to be expected. Parking is tight for a larger truck but can be done. Beds were very comfortable and we will for sure be back.

This was great for our Nashville Thanksgiving vacation. My father was able to stay on the ground floor and have his own bathroom with few stairs to climb. My wife's parents stayed on the second floor with their own bathroom. My wife and I stayed on the top floor with the kids in the other top-floor bedroom. The location was great for traveling into downtown or to state parks for hiking.

The condo was beautiful, and we all had a good time. Easy access comfortable beds. Almost everything was perfect for our group, with a few exceptions. The bathroom for the bedroom with the bunk beds had a slow draining tub, The other bathroom on the same floor, in the bedroom with the king bed had a roach in the shower. That was the first and only time we seen one and it was on the last morning we were there. I’d like to thank Happy Days for the ease in which it took to book it, and the check in and out process, all in all we had a really good time and we’re fortunate enough to have beautiful weather while we were there!
