I never write reviews. I hate that the pettiness of random, non-expert strangers can make or break small businesses. But my (35M) stay here with my wife (31F) was so amazing I'm defying my own rule, because it set a standard for comfort and hospitality that will be hard for any other hotel to match moving ahead. It was the best. The room was high-ceilinged, modern and clean; the rainhead shower was luxurious; there were thoughtful offerings in the bathroom (shaving kit, q-tips) and kitchenette (free soft drinks, beers, Nespresso, and waters, and a much-used freezer); there are sound-blockers that can be closed over the windows, and even though you're right on Pink Street’s amazing bar scene, it was notably quiet inside. If you live in a city you’ll be more than OK. The bed was as comfy as any I’ve ever slept in. I'm 6'2' and was worried about the footboard, but there was plenty of room. Most crucially, the powerful air conditioning was a godsend in scorching Lisbon, and we slept fabulously. Our concierges Veronica and Joana were phenomenal, checking in and responding quickly on WhatsApp. They speedily resolved a minor WiFi problem and then offered us luxurious breakfast at sister hotel Corpo Santo, which had some of the warmest staff I've ever met. And all this at great value, in a convenient location. I know: this sounds like exaggeration. We also wondered: is this real? But HOTPS really was THAT good. Book without hesitation—I’ll stake my first-ever review on that.

A fabulous place and location! We received a warm welcome and helpful advice and instructions on arriving. The apartment was absolutely lovely. Every small touch had been thought of. It has everything you can think of and is a very cool and fun home from home.

The staffs are amazing, very helpful and kind. The walking tour provided by the hotel was a very special treat. Ana was our guide and she is super knowledgeable and passionate about her city.

Lovely aparthotel but the area around the hotel is so loud some nights that it's hard to sleep even with ear plugs due to the vibration. Also, the area seems a little sketchy. Someone we know was approached to buy drugs.

It was near touristic places, streets and restaurants. Very confortable and clean. Excellent attention.

Great location and great property. It’s in the heart of the action. At night the party comes alive. The property was well maintained and equipped for an enjoyable stay. Great customer service.

I can’t speak highly enough of our stay at the the pink street apartments. A new apartment, a great location right in the heart of all the sites of Lisbon but most importantly the best staff we encountered in all of Portugal. Even before we arrived Joanna was in communication to make our check in as easy as possible. From there all our expectations were exceeded from the warmest of welcomes, suggestions for tourist sites, restaurants, day trip to Cascais , coordinating the FREE walking tour included with the hotel (a must do) and so much more. If you are looking to stay in Lisbon this is a must stay location and let Joanna take care of the rest. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will see you again.

The service here was amazing Joana the manager goes above and beyond, as does its sister hotel, where you can also use the facilities. Free stocked fridge, whats app communication throughout the stay. A free breakfast during the stay. Everything you could need and more. Joana the manager is exceptional and it may seem weird to put this above the room itself but she made the stay amazing for us.

The House on Pink Street is a gem! From checkin through checkout, everything was perfect. We had booked a Vibrant Studio and were upgraded to the Urban Residence (1 bedroom, with balcony) for one of our two-night stay. Both apartments are well appointed and stunningly beautiful. Joana and Veronica are true stars who have been most helpful throughout our stay—nothing was too much to them and one can totally feel how passionate they are about making sure their guests feel at home. We highly recommend The House also because one can enjoy the offers by its nearby mother hotel Corpo Santo, including guided tours, afternoon drinks etc.

We had a wonderful experience here. The efficiency apartment was very nicely appointed. The location was convenient to many sights. But what really set it apart was the service, which was exemplary. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. All of the small things were coordinated upon our arrival.

Lovely, spacious, clean accommodations. costumer service is top notch. Will definitely come again.

Excellent hospitality, personal touch, safety, great communication, amenities, and proximity to all the attractions, restaurants and stores made our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Good location

The property itself was lovely & staff wonderful. Unfortunately the location was not. Loud , despite all attempts from the hotel to mediate. The mornings after outside the doors were dirty, from nights of partying in the streets til 5am.

Large rooms, very clean, friendly staff. The affiliation with a 5 star hotel is a huge plus (happy hour, gym, spa, restaurant, bar). Staff at Corpo Santo were also there exceptional. Street can get a bit loud at night but noise is manageable. Breakfast we ordered was not as described. Overall, such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give more than five stars to this extraordinary hotel. From the moment I arrived I was treated like family by representatives Ana and Veronica. My bright, clean accommodation was apartment-sized, with a living room, bedroom, bathroom with large shower, dishwasher, washer-dryer, kitchen… Plus thoughtful treats left in the room daily by staff. After checking in I took a two-hour city tour led by Ana that was as good as the guided tours I booked throughout my vacation. And the price is amazing for value. I can’t wait to return to this house that feels like a home.

The hotel is exceptional; however, it is located on Pink Street…parties continue late night until early morning. The hotel is quiet until the partying starts.

The location was perfect for us as it was near to many attractions, amenities. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials equipments and plates/utensils to prepare your meals. The staff are always friendly and caring to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Willstay here again.

Great place with amazing staff! Right on Pink Street so be aware there will be a party outside going till 6:00 AM. The hotel has invested in excellent windows and sound proofing to minimize the noise.

We stayed at the House on Pink Street which was very convenient to all sites in Lisbon. Everything was within walking distance including restaurants, historical sites, and the Time Out Market. Our one bedroom apartment/hotel was very clean and well equipped with kitchenware and utensils. There were even snacks and drinks in the fridge for us. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and came by daily. Our concierge Joana was wonderful and contacted us even before we arrived. She managed all our needs and made our stay even better. We had an afternoon walking tour with Miguel the day we arrived who was superb and gave us a great introduction to the city. The next day, we did a morning walking tour with Ana who had tremendous knowledge and took us up the hill to the castle. We didn't know when I booked this hotel but were told on check in that we had full access to the facilities and amenities at the five star Corpo Santo Hotel one block away. Lobby snacks, drinks, water, fruit, and ice cream at all hours of the day. There was also a complimentary breakfast brought to our room on a day of our choosing. I want to thank the entire staff for the outstanding service which may our spectacular vacation even better.

I stayed at this accommodation with my parents and my whole family. It was the best accommodation experience our whole family has ever had, and it even felt unreal. All the staff involved in the accommodation were very friendly, especially Joanna, who made us happy every day with lots of smiles, information as well as great service. In addition, the location of the accommodation was very good, and the rooms of the accommodation were truly fantastic. Bedding, amenities, and all other furnishings in the accommodation were luxurious and comfortable like a 5-star hotel, and there was plenty of sunlight. The accommodation had many detailed preparations that seemed to have taken into account all the inconveniences that guests might experience. For example, because there are many restaurants next door, earplugs are provided to protect against noise. (However, unlike other lodgings in good locations, the soundproofing is good and it is not noisy, so I did not use them). The number one reason why I want to visit Lisbon again would be because I want to come back to this accommodation.

The property was located right in the heart of Pink Street. It had great amenities, the concierge staff was helpful and attentive and the location was close to the water, restaurants and the night life. We had a great time.

Lovely view from our room, nice touches with free drinks & sweets. Lovely room. Only negative was the works across the road which couldn’t be helped. Overall great stay would recommend for a start in Lisbon

I stayed in a fantastic studio apartment that was not only spacious and clean but had every home comfort you could think of. The staff were magnificent and the hotel was very centrally located. My favourite hotel in quite some time.

Booked the House on Pink Street for a long weekend and it was such a great choice. The staff are amazing and attentive, the rooms are spacious and well designed, it was one of the most relaxed city breaks I have been on for a while. Although the property is right in the heart of pink street, I was amazed how quiet the rooms were. Me and my partner had no trouble sleeping even though it was a weekend and a very popular area for night life. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Lisbon to stay here.

We only spent one night here but we absolutely loved it and will be coming back next year for sure! The space is very beautiful, the beds (including the pull out couch) were very comfortable. Amazing hospitality from the host. Had no issue with noise even though it's in a very busy street.

Fabulous apartment in a great location, near to bars, restaurants and the train station. Very well equipped and Pedro was a great host. We would definitely recommend staying here. Everything you could possibly need had been thought of.

A newly renovated building, the House on the Pink Street was a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, the furnishings comfortable and overall the property is of a very high standard. Pink Street is a lively, noisy place a stones throw from the TimeOut Market, but the quality of the windows and the soundproofing is very high and the street noise, whilst still audible, was not a particular issue to me personally. I would definatley consider staying here again on my next visit to Lisbon.
