Nice property and friendly helpful staff. Surrounding area is not so nice, although it was raining which always makes things a little less appealing. Don't like the frosted door to the bathroom. Like a bit more privacy

This hotel was very clean and in good condition. The staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was good quality. It was only a little more than a mile away from the SM Megamall. I would recommend it.

Hotel is clean and their staff are so helpful. I had a very late check in and they allowed me to stay til 2 pm for my checkout. The water pressure in the shower is not strong…

The Staff was excellent and loved the fact breakfast was included which was very different each morning from the local favorite fare in the Cebu region.

If you want a room with a window, better book for example the family room. The lowest category has no windows - that’s why the room rate is so cheap.
The hotel is newly open, however the bathroom looked old-fashioned (I believe BestWestern just took over an older building and maybe refurbished just part of it?!)

Nice and clean the staff are super friendly and helpful location is good coffee shop around the corner walking distance to mango Avenue many bars and nightlife

Amazing Place!!!
The hotel Is a resort with swimming pool and a great Ocean view.
There Is also a small beach (but I didn't use It).
The added value of the Place Is the faxt that a family of turtles live here so you can see them during your breakfast!

Staff was very friendly and attended to all needs quickly and courteously! The room looked fairly new and was spacious and very clean! The wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our stay! We definitely recommend staying at SureStay Plus and will return again in the future! One problem we did have was that we could not figure out how to use the cable on the tv. We probably could have asked the front desk but we never got around to it. Other than that it was awesome!
