We lived everything about this hotel. The courtesy taxi was immediate, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel itself is immaculately clean. Very well designed and maintained. Beds the ultimate in comfort. Breakfast was perfect, unusually catering for multi cuisine tastes.
We thoroughly recommend this hotel it is a definite 5* +palace.
There used to be nothing to dislike and I am a very picky person.

Excellent customer service. Nayanaa and Vineeth were very helpful and understanding with our cancelled flights situation. They worked the price around for the next few extra nights when we were forced to stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, everything worked, air conditioner was powerful, roof top pool was amazing!
Absolutely nothing to dislike! Everything was clean and sparkling. Restaurant was nice, clean and the included breakfast with made to order omelettes was a nice to have in the morning.

Excellent hotel with a great location just a few minutes from the airport. The staff was super helpful they picked us up in the airport and helped us to schedule a taxi for the next day.
The facilities were very clean and organized, everything looked new.
The bedroom was spacious and comfortable.
The food from the breakfast was very good.

Wow….for an airport hotel it was outstanding value for money. Immaculately clean. Hotel and service was excellent. So many inclusions, breakfast, pool, mini bar, snacks, external phone calls, airport shuttle. One can even extend the room till 23.00 on day of departure to align with flight times.
Stayed in many hotels all over the world. As a new hotel it was outstanding value. Would certainly stay again.
Breakfast was disjointed with refills of empty food choices taking very long time. Having to ask several times. Rest of hotel was oustanding

Location next to terminal 3. Design of hotel. Exceptional comfort of room including outstanding bathroom. Lights by the bed ( a first) streaming service on TV. Swimming pool on roof. Restaurant with good food reasonably priced. Breakfast pack for early departure. Luxury free transport to the terminal.
Nothing to dislike . A perfect 5 star experience for 3 star price.

Mooi hotel met comfortabele bedden. Alles was erg schoon. Het hotel ligt bij de entree naar het hotel. Met de gratis shuttle ben je binnen 5 minuten bij de terminal. Vanuit het zwembad op het dak kun je de vliegtuigen zien opstijgen. Het hotel is erg rustig, ondanks dat het naast het vliegveld ligt hoor je geen vliegtuigen opstijgen of landen. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en doen er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
Ze hebben helaas geen bar.

La navette gratuite pour se rendre à l'aéroport.La chambre spacieuse .Bonne literie.
Chambre 209 au bout du couloir. Enorme climatisation exterieure dd l'immeuble enface trés bruyante. Pas d'en cas a 3h du matin pour remplacer le petit déjeuner. Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel.

Hôtel neuf de standard européen. Belle chambre, lit moelleux, bonne douche, petites attentions. Calme. Parfait. Navette mise gracieusement à disposition H24 pour l’aéroport (à 5mn). Piscine en roof top très agréable. Dommage que l’espace qui reste hors bassin soit si petit. Mais l’hôtel n’est pas tout à fait terminé; une extension de cet espace paraît possible. Quartier animé à proximité (3mn de tuk tuk) avec beaucoup de restaurants. Wifi au top. Partis très tôt le matin; nous n’avons donc pas testé le petit déjeuner.
Le jardin promis est en cours d’aménagement. Ce sera sûrement agréable mais pas pour le moment. À part cela, pas de réserve.

Had a late flight, so we stayed at the hotel which is 5 minutes to the airport, it helped us a lot in testing and not being obliged to take a 1,5 hour taxi to airport from Cochin

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Airport. We were pleasantly surprise at how nice, modern and clean it was. The room was a nice size, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and well looked after. I just hope it stays that way. I would definitely recommend this place. also the fact that it is 2 mins from teh airport gives you a peace of mind.

L’établissement est tout neuf, la piscine sur le toit est super, la chambre était propre est confortable. Le service a l’étage plus que correcte et le cuisine rapport qualité prix excellent . Un super buffet petit déjeuner !!

Great location for the airport literally a 4 min walk. There is very little to do in this area so if you are waiting to move on or for a flight this is an excellent hotel to stay at . Rooftop pool to relax with a great view of the airport. Rooms large and clean staff superb and a good price totally recommend

Check in experience was lengthy as I have to fill in the same form with the same information twice. I checked in another property nearby and it’s much simplified. Also, the restaurant and its service is quite underwhelming. I understand it’s a brand new hotel, but I would recommend training your staff proper etiquette to request for a guest’s room number. I seated myself on a table with dirty mats as I didn’t have any choice (it’s not busy only 2 other guests around) and 5 minutes later she came up “room number?” And left. Buffet was also not filled, everything was empty. Saving grace was another server refilled my coffee later on.

Extremely convenient for the airport (can see it from the window). They have a shutttle running 24 hours, and even packed us a breakfast to-go as our flight was so early.
The room was lovely - great showers, comfortable bed. Food reasonably priced.
