Very quaint. Really enjoyed being there. Definitely a unique way to vacation.

The AquaLodge was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The marina was exceptionally quiet too. We will definitely return.

Really cute house boat. Extremely well kept, clean, and had a nice water view. Beds were great and could walk to dinner but I did drive. Was perfect for me!

First time staying on a house boat and it was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is grocery near by plenty of parking. Would stay again.

Best place in the Keys. Down the street from a restaurant and bar with live music every night. Right next to a grocery store so you can just stock up. They got grills right outside the boathouse you can cook. My hand to God there is manatees during the day swimming around the boathouse and there’s dolphins at night. Right outside the boathouse I slept in

What a nice experience! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching fish jump. Publix is within walking distance. The pizza place next to Publix was excellent. Would highly recommend this houseboat.

We really enjoyed the houseboat.. It was absolute charming. Manatees close by along with beautiful sunsets. We all will definately be back.

Very cute place! Great customer service. Water pressure wasn’t great for the shower and the main bed was a little hard but other than that, overall a good experience!

House boat on the water

Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance.

The house boat was beautiful, clean and the patio over looking the lagoon was very relaxing. There are manatees that visit too. :) The neighbors are very friendly, as is the staff. The kayaks and bicycles are included in the rental, which is fantastic. The location s very close to groceries and local parks. We took an airplane scenic ride which was the highlight of the trip. The small airport is only 3 miles away. We will come back to Yacth Haven !

STAY HERE! Do NOT stay in a “traditional hotel” while on the keys. Absolutely, hands down, the best room/stay/sleep/temporary home I’ve been in for 20+ years. The best was the cleanliness. Yes, the room cleaning was a little expensive for a short stay, but to me, it was worth it. If I was staying 3+ days in Marathon, this would be a steal. Clean. Cool. Tidy. And even through the surrounding homes were obviously vacation rentals, the used and boisterous folks calmed down before too late. The only criticism was not their fault - at 6:00 AM on Monday morning, the businesses next door had the leaf blowers going. But inside was not obtrusive to all but the lightest sleeper.

The property is nice. From the website our expectations were high. Would like to give a better review but the beds and pillows killed it. The bed might have been the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. The pillows were so hard and overstuffed. My neck and back really hurt the next morning. The cleaning fee charged seemed a little high as well. I give this 2 1/2 stars out of 5

We loved the house boat and Marathon. The swimming pool that they said that we could use was way too crowded.

We loved our floating accommodations. We saw fish and manatees in the water while we sat in our back patio. A wonderful breeze kept us cool in the evening. We used the kayaks that are available to guests to paddle out through the mangroves. We would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great stay and the property is cute and clean. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Our only complaint, which really can't be helped, is the amount of noise from the continuous overhead traffic of helicopters. We were thrilled to see dolphins and manatees right there in the cove.

The property was great and management was great. A little cramped inside for 3 adults with luggage, but we did fine. The only recommendation I would suggest is that for the kayaks they add a ladder to the floating dock to make it easier to enter and disembark the kayaks.

We stayed at Yacht Haven Marina in a houseboat for our honeymoon. The manager Jo Lena was awesome and super helpful with the check-in process even though we got in later than expected. The houseboat was super clean and absolutely beautiful in a quiet little corner of the marina right by Publix and the main drag of Marathon. The boat came with all sorts of basic stuff coffee pot, pots, pans ECT which was great. Was super cool and fun slightly rocking and getting rocked to sleep on the water. The highlight of everything though was the back porch on the boat that was right on the marina. Every morning we drank coffee and hung out for hours watching the manatees, dolphins, tarpon, some variety of giant stingray things it was hard getting my wife to leave to go anywhere. We had manatees like 3 feet from us a few times. Also included was bike and kayak rentals which was also super great and another perk. We'll be back next year for sure as this was a great deal and ton of fun.

We loved our stay at the “Aqua Lodge”. New, clean, well appointed. Everything about it was comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed being “on the water”, enjoying an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. Complimentary bikes and kayaks. We enjoyed our bike ride to 7 mile bridge. The staff were super nice! Highly recommend staying here.

What a lovely place to stay. If you love the water you couldn’t get an closer than staying on the Aqua lodge.

The beach areas were a little disappointing - small and lots of seaweed on the beach — but after dining out, it was a very relaxing evening on the covered patio deck

It was clean and quiet couldn’t use kayak as dock was being fixed and then dock was to high to get in kayaks

Perfect quiet place for a weekend stay. Perfect central location to explore all the keys. Owner/manager on site and quick communication. Would highly recommend and visit again!
