The price

Almost everything went wrong. I don't understand how it can have positive reviews from other tenants. Finding the place was difficult, more than an hour, because there is no sign on the door or in the building. On two occasions I spoke to the neighbors on the landing and they denied me that there was an apartment for rent. Everything was dirty. In the kitchen a person was sleeping on the floor when I arrived. Another person was talking loudly on the phone until 12 at night. I advise against going.

Value, location, cleanes, staff and arrangements. It is cheap compared to other hostels. Just renovated, the room is small, but tidy. Water, tissues, and towel were provided. It is near to ATM machine and currency exchange. There are a lot of restaurants and Cafe in the area. The bus stop is only 100 to 150 meters away, and the main bus station (musafah) is about 300 meters, by which you can easily go to all the locations and other city in the UAE. Bus A10 is from Abu Dhabi Airport.

Everything was OK, as mentioned. Don't expect that you are going to stay in a 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. You will get how much you are paid.

The manager was so kind

My stay was enjoyable and I would definitely return. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses to all my questions. The location was ideal as everything was easily accessible by car. What I liked most was the kindness and helpfulness of the people.

What could have been better? In addition to the door lock, perhaps clearer communication about room occupancy for other guests.
