Beautiful home, great space for everyone, loved the bunk room for all the kids. We enjoyed the view and the well equipped kitchen and having space for everyone to sit and eat or play games. Great proximity to the beach and activities

We had a blast in the spacious great location property

My extended family gets together at the beach yearly. This is the nicest, roomiest house we have ever stayed at. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. The beautiful, HUGE Master suite is located on the main floor, which was nice for my grandparents who don't need to go up and down stairs. The other room on the main floor was the bunk room, which was great for the kids! Upstairs had 3 rooms and one bathroom. All of the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels provided. We really enjoyed hanging out downstairs in the garage area playing corn hole and the ring toss game. The home is located a short walk or bike ride from the beach. The rental comes with 2 bicycles and beach service for 2 chairs/1umbrella (just don't forget to call the number provided to reserve it). We would definitely rent Family Tides again. Thank you for allowing our family to make great memories!

"We had a wonderful stay in Pensacola in this lovely house. The location is great to go to the bay for little kid play or to the Gulf. We had bikes for the week which was a great way to go to the beach, go out for a drink, or getting some exercise. The house was spotless and so well appointed, with everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the front porch with the rocking chairs and the view, and the back deck with the napping couch. We can't wait to come back again!
