The condo apartment was very good and clean.

We never got to use the swimming pool because they said it’s under maintenance. I usually look for pool and gym when booking. The gym had 4 machines but two were out of order. This made my stay untenable and would not stay in any of the units no matter how nice they are. This is a deal breaker!

Excellent condo, its a new building and well designed. Comfortable and furbished completely. The location is great and safe. Close to the night market/food/coffee would definitely recommend.

The location is very central if you want to explore megaworld & near to Landers, the place is very spacious. Jason - the agent was friendly and very helpful. We had a great time staying at the in 5AA condominium. We stayed overnight & definitely will come back to stay more longer the next will be in Bacolod.

It is clean, near the commercial area and restaurants.

There was a smell comes out from the drainage of the toilets that spread in the whole unit. All exhaust fans were on all day long so bad smell be tolarated.

My sister and I liked this unit so much. It's clean, comfortable and stylish. Huge TV with Netflix and wifi: wonderful. I like the location as it's in the East and establishments are near and transportation is not a problem.

Megaworld is fairly new here in Bacolod and I own a unit in Mactan Newtown. One Regis building has no garbage room in each floor unlike Mactan Newtown and we had to call staff to get our trash which is unecessary when they could be doing something else and anyone could throw their own garbage responsibly if they have a designated garbage room.

Very spacious and cozy. We were surprised that the host provided a high chair for my 1 year old nephew. My ate is very happy about it. Very accommodating and patient din po ang owner to attend my questions and requests ☺️ I’ll definitely recommend it!
