The property was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our hostess was accommodating.

I stayed here to bring my daughter back for her second semester at Flagler. It was very close to the historic district and I was pleasantly surprised how well maintained the property was.

Outstanding, really. Charming and cozy. My room had a king bed and huge bathroom. Nothing fancy but very clean, and the property was really cute. Close (but driving) distance to the sites of St Augustine, which made for a peaceful environment. The property manager was on site, welcoming and professional. I would totally stay here again!

There really wasn't anything dislike-able about the Little Carnation. The mattress was just ok, but i slept well, so....

Quaint hotel like room, spacious (HUGE) closet, big inviting shower(big enough for 2). SIMPLE check in and timely communication. Great location and historic neighborhood only 1 mile from St George St. And most importantly, dog friendly.

There really is nothing to dislike about this property. Great value, location and easy communication.
