The street is dangerous!!!! The room is dirty!!! There were even insects in room!

The location is not safe and we were very disappointed when we arrived. Moreover, I found a lot of dust under the pillow.

Very good location, near the railway station and a lot of choice of public transportation. Many supermarkets and restaurants. You have all your needs in the simple apartment and the things are quite new.

The dates I stay was very hot in Frankfurt, and there is no air conditioner in the room. I can understand, because I also didn't imagine it was so hot those days.

The room was very good, had everything you need to make the stay pleasant. It was clean and cozy. The plus was the service of laundry, great.

The property was very good, I didn’t had problems with that, the neighborhood it was the problem. Full of junkies, prostitutes and was very dirty. The street smell like urine and all the day is noisy. More in the night, because are a nightclub down. I understand because is near at the Hauptbahnhof, but it was in very bad conditions the surrounding area.

Lift not working on the very first day before check-in. No response to the calls made. Again lift non-functional for one full day. The fire alarm went on one early morning around 5 am. No response to calls made. The entire building was out but no one had a clue on the solution. Policy of cleaning once in 7 days. Had to live in dirty conditions because of that. Only one roll of toilet tissue and no spare one. Digital key only in one phone. Another person (co-occupant) is helpless without a key. Tower fan available was not effective to provide proper air circulation. Overall no value for money and needs improvement on the above.

it’s located in worst part if Frankfurt , street full of junkies and etc. there is no ac available and in hot weather you need to open the windows and you hear constants fighting and shouting in the street! couldn’t sleep and always during night i was awake few times

Bed was not comfortable at all. The location is very bad full of drug addicts and junkies. You can hear the music all night. No toiletries, Internet connection is really bad.

Our host was Chilpa at the property. She was in touch with my partner to ensure that she meets at the property. It was definitely value for money as the location was excellent. Chilpa also helped us in printing our impotent documents. The good thing was that Chilpa rang my partner about our arrival as the card payment didn't go through. That's when my partner clarified that it will only o through once we reach there.

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, due to which my partner was suffering with back pain. Although location was excellent in terms of transport links but the street itself was falloff beggars and escorts. I was expecting that the apartment will be cleaned/towels replaced at least once during our stay. Instead I was advised that it is only cleaned once a week and if we needed it cleaned their will be a charge of 20 euros. We booked this property through booking.com and chose to make payment at the property once we arrive. I had a message on the morning of my arrival that my card hasn't gone through and I must update it if I wish to keep the booking. As far as I know the property should never try to take payment unless I am at the property, as that's the option I selected.

The place is next to a pub, thus not for light sleepers. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Sometimes you will hear your neighbour / apartment is not perfectly soundproofed. Located in a rather noisy area.

The locality outside the apartment and the stinky street just because of the locality there. Cosy room was super-small in size compared to the rental I had to pay for it.
