The location of the hotel was great..

It offers parking, but it’s not very close to the hotel. You’ll need to cart your stuff through the streets to get to the hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was centrally located and the staff was very helpful and friendly .

The reception was not inviting, it can do with a little makeover.

The rooms are very clean, new and exactly how the photos look online. The gym is reasonably sized and has a good range of equipment for a hotel gym. Great location, within minutes walk to Emporium and Melbourne Central. Nepresso coffee machine in the room.

Very noisy. Unfortunately where my room was located it meant I could hear everything all night. Construction right outside my room which commenced at 8am to 8pm,

Not their fault but so much building going on in Melb CBD I did feel safe though with so many Tradies around during day I don’t go out at night.

The location

There is room for improvement for cleanliness. For the rate, complimentary bottle of water is expected.

Staff were very helpful, room was clean and not dusty, tea was complimentary, overall very happy with our stay. Mirrors were well-placed with excellent lighting, which made getting ready a breeze.

Unfortunately the wifi was very intermittent and the tv did not work properly, however the lovely staff members were able to fix everything eventually. Room looked over a construction site but the light from the window was good.

The laneway where the hotel is situated could be cleaned up a lot. The restaurant and bar are unfortunately not open as yet.

The room felt luxurious and had warm and comfortable beds.

Twin beds are a bit of a squeeze. More suited to a couple sharing a double bed.

Great location, and very good rooms, they also accommodated a super early check in for me which I was very grateful for after landing from an international flight. Location is great, you're a under 10 minutes walk from nearly everything Melbourne CBD has to offer.

The hotel has a lobby/bar, but no real facilities outside of the room even though they had a nice lobby and bar, it was not being utilised at all. However, there's lots of very good alleyway bars and restaurants for breakfast, brunch/lunch within 100 yards walk.

It was an amazing location to access most things in the CBD. The facilities were great - door to the bathroom, great shower, lush bed!

The level 2 room said it had a city view on booking but you were really looking at a roof.

The air conditioning failed during the middle of the night and the room became unbearably hot and stuffy … from about 3.30am we couldn’t sleep

We booked an Urban Luxe which is listed as having a City View but our room (situated on level 2) had no view. Requested a quiet room and was given room directly next to the lifts Housekeeping inconsistent across 2 days. Some things replaced/ other things not (eg shower cap)

Chambre grande et confortable, penderie et rangements pour vêtements. Machine à café et thé, emplacement de l’hôtel très central à quelques minutes à pied de tout, salle de bain très agréable, bonne literie, grand écran tv,

Salle de bain: une seule patère pour 2 serviettes: on fait comment pour sécher la 2eme ? Ménage de la chambre fait à la va-vite: 1er jour poubelle non vidée et capsules de café non remplacées. 2eme jour, oubli de remettre 1 deuxième serviette. Chambre très mal insonorisée (chambre 329) donnant sur rue; simple vitrage, certes épais, mais pas suffisant. J’ai très mal dormi 2 nuits sur 3 (bruits d’alarme extérieur « bip » toute la nuit, puis 2ème nuit camion poubelles à 4h30 et à 5h, chantier d’immeuble en construction démarrant à 7h en face). Et surtout, dernière chose : hôtel annonçant parking public à proximité. Totalement mensonger : l’hôtel est à 600 m du parking avec lequel ils ont un accord de prix. L’autre est fermé. En plus, il y a 2 parkings l’un après l’autre. Si vous vous trompez, vous en avez pour 60 AUD / jour au lieu de 16. Ça m’est arrivé 117 AUD pour 1,5 jour. Les 2 parkings sont à 50 m l’un de l’autre dans la même rue et ont le même nom. Le numéro de l’immeuble de l’adresse du parking n’est pas visible la nuit. Bref faites bien attention. Impossible de se garer devant l’hôtel pour décharger les bagages. Vous vous garez au coin de la rue. Pas pratique. Pour résumé, à 330 AUD la nuit, j’attendais largement mieux. Bien en dessous du niveau de prestation que j’ai habituellement pour ce prix.ma seule déception hôtelière en 1 mois e Australie.si vous avez une voiture, hôtel à éviter.
