This was by far the best experience we’ve had with a rental! This home is so beautiful and accurately described. There was more than enough space for my family of 10 and quite cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (and more), aside from a larger pot to cook with but we made it work just fine. Our only downfall had to do with the beach itself being over ran with jellyfish but diminished each day and no waves for the kids to enjoy their boogie boards but that was poor planning and research on our part. We absolutely recommend this home and if we ever decide to come back it’ll be our first choice!!

Beautiful spacious home and property! Host was very friendly and answered very quickly. We accidentally turned the water off to the house and Terri was quick to respond and get us going again. Everyone took advantage of the big open space under the house. Kids lffoved catching lizard and frogs.

The house is open and spacious great for coming together to spend family time with puzzles, movies and to make memories. Three bedrooms down and a study and bedroom up. ThThe host were responsiveupstairs.

Everything was BEAUTIFUL. The home is amazing. It made me and my family feel like at home. This was our first vacation with the grandkids. They love the game room upstairs. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the beach. We did barbecue outside. I am so happy that we chose this property for our vacation. We will definitely be back soon

Coastal Jazz is spacious, clean, open, uncluttered, with lots of windows for natural light and gulf views. A fantastic location. The kitchen is stocked with utensils for food prep, cooking and dining. The exterior porch table and chairs offer prime gulf viewing and outdoor dining. Beds and bedding are comfortable and decor tasteful. Host Terri is friendly, helpful and prompt. Coastal Jazz is an IDEAL vacation rental.

Great location, cute place. Just so someone else doesn't make the same error, I somehow missed that 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were included in the list price since there are 5 bedrooms on the listing. The other two rooms were available for an extra cost. The host graciously offered to make them available when we realized my mistake.

The pictures don't do justice to the lovliness of the house. The family space is huge. The furniture is comfy, the kitchen is very well equipped. Each bedroom spacious with very nice bedding and sleep enhancing mattresses. My grandson loved the massive jetted tub in the master. The train was never an issue. Yes, you could hear it but no one was woken by it, not even the first night. When anyone needed a break from too much family, there were comfortable spaces to get away.
The house is conveniently located near a kids park, the beach, two casinos (no kids allowed even in restaurants), the aquarium and a Waffle House.
We all had a relaxing, comfortable stay. Would love to come back.

We had a group of 6 and this house was perfect for the gathering and we all felt comfortable while hanging out around the house on Saturday to enjoy opening weekend of college football. The access to the property is easy and the street is quite with a nice view of the Gulf. Easy walk to the white sandy beaches. We loved the property. Thanks for having us!!

This location was amazing. It’s only a short walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and not a lot of visitors which was nice. The house was as pictured and our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this rental!

I threw a trip for my family at last minute getaway before youngest daughter goes off to college and other daughters and their husbands get back to teaching this fall. Everything was perfect and so easy to book our 3 day getaway. Family had a great time in Gulfport and Biloxi!!! Thanks again!!!

We wanted a low-stress beach vacation since we were travelling with our autisitic 3yo. This was perfect. It was convenient to the beach and a nice playground. The living space was all on one floor and it was pretty well stocked with kitchen tools and basic cooking needs, etc. Everything felt clean and comfortable and we all slept well. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

In a bad neighborhood with lots of drug and crime activity in the area. Homeless ppl nearby and all the fishing piers were closed. Area near the home isn’t the safest. Master shower broke owner said they couldn’t get part so it was ducktaped. I was happy though bc I just wanted a shower. The owners were nice ppl but the property needs repair. Faucets fell off when in use. It’s a beautiful home but many things wrong! It’s not worth the money and the home needs upkeep! Also has roaches and cockroaches! We made the best of the trip but the area and house made for a not so fun vacation!

The rental look great from the outside. The mattresses on the beds were poor quality as well as the furniture. The air conditioner was the best amenity of the house.
