The team's communication is second to none; punctual, thorough, and friendly. The balcony views were all amazing, but nothing was better than the short walk to the beach.

This was a literally a "last minute" booking because we were "on-island" and the a/c broke down at our time share and after several days of being patient, decided we needed to move to another property. Found Mullet Bay Suites online and from the booking all the way through leaving 3 days later, everything was wonderful! Emmanual met us when we checked in, took care of every little detail, and then checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed a few times during our stay. The suite (we booked the "purple" one) was simply stunning and very graciously appointed. So many thoughtful details and amenities! The secure parking on-site was wonderful, the controlled access to the building easy to use yet secure, the pool was beautiful, and the beach access very, very close. I have no hesitancy whatsoever to highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay while on the island of St. Maarten. We chose a room with the wrap around balcony and the views were amazing! I only wish we had had MORE time to take advantage of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Simply put, this hotel is a gem ~ and my only regret is that booking it in the future may be difficult when so many others realize what an amazing property this is!

Property was even better than described and pictured. Extra clean, well appointed and comfortable. THAT view!!! Emmanuel our host was the best ever. Helpful, never acted inconvenienced and do accommodating. Will definitely re-book.

modern and secure

We stayed at Mullet Bay suits for 4 nights. This was our first time in the island and we were not sure if this was the best location to stay at but I’m happy to say that we picked the BEST location and hotel! Check in was a breeze. We were greeted by the owner with cooled towels and a local drink. The room we picked had an amazing view and everything you could ask for. We had a kitchen, washing machine, iron, beach chairs and umbrella and cleaning services every day! The suits are located so close to the best beach in Sint Maarten. The owners are very responsive with any question or request you might have. If we visit the isolation, I’m sure to return there again. Thank you Emanuel and Emily!

Amelie and Emmanuel (owners?) along with all other staff I got to meet, were responsive, professional and very helpful. The suite was gorgeous and just a 5 minute walk to a terrific beach. Only the food at their small restaurant could have been better. Overall, bravo!

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed at along with the greatest host. Emanuelle the owner is a fantastic host with amazing rooms overlooking mullet bay. The rooms even come with a washer and dryer and beach chairs which is extremely rare. I had missed my flight home and In the confusion booked to stay at his property another night and put the wrong date. Emanuelle made sure that my girlfriend and I were all set with a room for the wrong night I booked. He showed great compassion and understanding and I don’t know what we would have done if we were dealing with someone else. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend staying here.

Easy walk to Mullet Bay. Nice pool area. Several nearby eating locations. Excellent kitchen for eating in too. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella . Great view, but best are the owners who live on site and are very helpful and friendly. We'd come back again... a no brainer!

Our stay at Mullet Bay was excellent with fantastic views. Apartment was clean. Modern and centrally located in st Maarten. Close by to popular bars, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend Mullet Bay suites.

I was so impressed with the suite we booked. The attention to detail provided with the amenities, the cleanliness of the apartment, the furniture and the art, the customer service, it was all a five star experience all round. I would recommend this suite to anyone and I am not surprised that it is always fully booked. I look forward to staying there again.

I want to thank Emmanuel, his wife Amelie and their entire Mullet Bay Suites team for an incredible 55th birthday trip for my husband. From a delayed immigration process that had us frustrated and getting in at nearly 7pm along with the stress of 12 hours of traveling we were met in the lobby with the warmest reception and care which took all the stress away immediately. When I say we have traveled and lived all over the world, the way this team takes care of their guest should be the gold standard. Every need and want was met and exceeded with genuine care and with our happiness in mind. I will now compare this experience for all travel and the expectations are set high. This location has it all, beautifully decorated accommodations with everything you need for your stay, golf, pool, gym, amazing concierge staff, breathtaking views of the ocean, bay and mountains all perfectly sitting in the middle of 3 areas of town where you can have amazing food and entertainment all within walking distance. We were so incredibly happy with our stay here! Emmanuel was a perfect host, very responsive. The rooms are beautiful, freshly renovated, perfectly clean (very kind cleaning staff as well), modern and spacious. Much more luxurious than we imagined. Kitchen had everything we needed and was modern. Steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Included in our suite were two beach chairs and an umbrella which we very happily used. Absolutely amazing!

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!! Our host Emmanuel provided us with exceptional hospitality. What a guy! The room was superb!! The views were outstanding, the room had everything you needed and more and was super clean upon arrival. My husband and I enjoyed this stay so much!!

Unmatched experience! Literally living in the lap of luxury. From the time we arrived to the time left, every want/need was met by Emmanuel (the concierge). We were greeted at the front desk, taken to our room by Emmanuel where he brought us rum punch and a cool towel to welcome us. The property was brand spanking new, meticulously updated and cleaned. Our housekeeper was very attentive and even provided chocolates after clean up. There isn't a better location on the island - safe and convenient to it all. The beach was merely steps from our front door. And closely located to famous maho beach. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. We cannot wait to return! - The Richardsons

My friend and I had a great stay at Mullet Bay and had a great time! The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures and the space is super clean. Comfortable bed and shower and a beautiful beach view! The host was great and welcomed us personally and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

The hoste where amazing and ready to serve within minutes any of your needs or request . And of course this place is all about the view . WOW I highly recommand this place
