This property was great for a Sonoma/Napa family vacation. The location was perfect for exploring both valleys and the backyard was nice to come back to after a day of wine tasting.

We had a cousin reunion trip to the wine country. I want to clean up the house was perfect for gathering and enjoying the wine. We got that day. Beautiful backyard with lots of privacy. Lots of room in the house and everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Cute, cozy and very clean home. Had all the amenities and more and located in a very quiet neighborhood.

Our 2 labs and 4 adults found the home accommodating with the grassy backyard and Ernie Smith dog park a short 10 minute walk on quiet back streets. The beds are comfortable with soft comforters and plenty of blankets. We did not use the outdoor fire pit and the indoor fireplace is not to be used per the safety rules. The nest heater kept us plenty warm when we were home not exploring winery’s. The master bathroom is a bit snug and the kitchen has most everything. Only a little dissatisfied with no ice or filtered water dispenser from the refrigerator / freezer. And no ice cube trays to make our own ice. Tyler was responsive when questions came up via text.

This is a lovely home that is spacious, clean and conveniently located near vineyards and downtown Sonoma. It easily accommodated our family of 7 and has a beautiful backyard with a fire pit that we all enjoyed.

Convenient location to wineries and Sonoma Square. Cute, older neighborhood. Nice yard, decent-sized bedrooms, and cute kitchen and dining area. We would stay here again.

Nice fit for our group of 8. Short drive to town...nice central location for wine tasting and coastal, redwood hikes. Unfortunately weather didn't allow much fire pit use but the yard was pretty.

What a great gem in Sonoma! Close to some shopping. Good distance for local eateries….we recommend Picazo, it was fantastic!! Everything that was listed in the details was provided accurately. Great space for 8 adults; we never felt cramped. Such a great house!! Thank you Tyler.

Tyler's house is just as advertised, and it was beautiful and comfy! Beds are comfortable, the outdoor seating area is perfect for sharing a bottle of wine and hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked and it was just an overall great place. The only thing to be aware of is if you need an Uber or Lyft early in the morning, we had trouble getting one at 7 a.m. and ended up getting a cab, so just be aware of that!

We enjoyed our stay. There were 4 large bedrooms to accommodate a large group. Everything was very clean and in order. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

My sisters and I had a great visit to Sonoma. The house is in a location easily accessible to many vineyards and downtown Sonoma.

Beautiful home in a great location. Floor plan, patio, and decor were top notch! The homeowner provided a list of suggested local vendors and wineries. We tried many in their list and were not disappointed. Sonoma is a beautiful town, very clean and well-manicured.

I highly recommend this property! We really enjoyed our stay, and spent most of the time in the beautiful yard. The house is in a great neighborhood, close to a park and great walks. The house is updated and so spacious. Enjoy!

The home is very clean and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and an abundance of high quality linens. The decor is tastefully simple and the neighborhood very quiet. It was the perfect getaway for us 4 grandmas. We also appreciated the easy access to Sonoma Plaza, nearby wineries, etc. Thank you Tyler
