Excellent location with short walk to metro and all amenities . Exceptionally clean . Staff and owner were very helpful and very welcoming. A boutique type experience in a converted house with a small common seating area with snacks and drinks provided for which guests pay in a “ honesty box”. Suited for worldwide budget travelers..

+ The bed was super comfortable, the bedroom was big enough, the area was super quiet.

- I really wish the bathroom had toilet paper (I learned later that it’s like that everywhere in India and that you have to ask for it at the reception to get it…wish it was just available in the room!). There was rarely a staff member at the front desk which made it pretty hard to organise our days, wished we had a bit more help. The hotel is in a very random street, not touristic at all but overall still well located in Delhi.

Good location.

No hot water for the two nights we stayed. They had overbooked the rooms, so upgraded us to a different room (absolutely fine) but then asked us to move rooms for the second night to the room we had booked. We ended up staying in the same room for both nights but it seemed there was a lot of disorganization around room bookings. Need to mention that the door lock only worked on one side (was a latch at the bottom of the door). The door could be locked via key from the outside of the room - meaning technically you could be locked be into the room which is a fire hazard. One of the staff members was not at all personable and seemed very disinterested and not willing to help.

En general el lugar está muy bien. Todo el interior se ve muy nuevo. Las habitaciones grandes y modernas. El baño amplio con agua caliente en todo momento. Las sabanas muy limpias y blancas. Cerca del metro. Barrio poco concurrido. Nos dieron una habitacion que daba a la parte trasera. Las vistas muy feas. Pero no tenia acceso a coches. Asi que fueron noches silenciosas que es de agradecer. Teniamos un balcón pero era compartido con la habitación del lado. Por lo que no tenias intimidad. Pero como hacía mucho calor tampoco lo utilizamos. Así que no fué un problema.

He puntuado un 7 por el tema del personal y las comodidades. Como pone en la descripción no es un hotel. Si quieres desayunar pides el dia anterior lo que te apetece y a que hora lo quieres y desayunas en la habitación. Donde hay una mesa de escritorio con solo una silla. Asi que el otro le toca desayunar sentado en la cama. No tienen ninguna sala para desayunar. Ni siquiera tienen un menú para ver opciones y precios. Así que pides y pagas lo que ellos decidan cobrarte. Llegamos y nos hicieron pagar por adelantado pero nos dijeron que no nos darían la factura hasta el dia del check out, cosa que no fué asi ya que cuando nos fuimos ni siquiera tenian la impresora en "recepción". Y nos dijeron que era imposible hacernos factura. La "recepción" es una mesa con 2 sillas y un sofá en el mismo garaje del edificio. Donde normalmente no hay nadie y tienes que estar pegando voces por el edificio para que te atiendan. El ascensor se estropeó a la media hora de haber llegado. Estuvimos 2 noches y nos fuimos que seguia sin funcionar. Nuestra habitación estaba en la 4ª planta. Así que nos tocaba hacer piernas cada vez que ibamos al hotel. El wifi tampoco funcionó nunca. Cada vez que nos quejabamos nos decían que lo solucionarían. Igual que como el ascensor nos fuimos sin que nos hubieran solucionado el problema. El primer dia tuvimos que pedir las toallas y el papel de wc. El 2º dia nos hicieron la habitación se llevaron las toallas sucias y no nos dejaron de limpias. No teniamos amenities. Suerte que siempre llevamos gel y champú. El hervidor de agua estaba sucio por dentro. Como si hubieran calentado café con leche y se hubiera pegado la leche. Es una pena que un sitio como este que podría estar de maravilla, termine decepcionandote cuando tienes un problema tras otro.

The issue with this family room is that the main door of the room is a glass door which reflects the corridor lights inside the room whole night even people moving around or talking with each other in the corridor create too much noise inside the room which affect your peace more over the glass door not fixed properly hence any body can see through inside the living room which again affect guest privacy, one last thing the room is so spacious but there is no proper dressing area or no mirror for dress up every time you have to go to wash room for dressing.I think the owner should look into these issues so that people keep coming repeatedly because all other things are very much appreciated in this property

It was worst stay at Hotel. Nothing to like for. They did not had Lift working. Food was pathetic. Had no milk for Tea Coffee most of the time. Staff was least bothered to serve. We forgot our specs during dinner on dinner table and it was never returned back by them. When we enquired after checkout on phone they said yes it was with them and they will send by Uber / Courier but that was also not done. In the end they stopped picking our phones. Be cautious when you stay here.
