The room size was good and its near to gate 365 but tht gate is way far from namaz area specially for women

Bathroom tiny and not clean. Towel were having stain and were rough. Very bad condition of towels. For cleaning they were just cleaning bathroom and only when u will ask them to do vacuum then only they r doing it. Bedsheets’s were yellow. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. Not big verity and mostly dessert were not fresh. Reception always takes time to receive call. Room service menu was just few things only 4 5 dishes nothing else.

Entrance to the masjid's corridors is within 1-minutes reach. Extremely good if you have appointment for Rawdah. The air-conditioning system is so good that we had to shut down the ACs even when the outside temperature was 46 degrees. There is buffet system in the hotel restaurant (SAR 100 per person) and multiple other food options also at walking distance of 4-5 minutes. The rooms were very cleaning and comfortable. The hotel is as par with Marriot, Maden, in terms of everything except breakfast that can be improved and more options added. I had travelled with family, and it was very easy to reach from Haramain Train Station. There are multiple shops nearby that sell dates at reasonable prices. Also, 2 pharmacies are located nearby.

The staff in the reception and housekeeping were fantastic, The room which they allocated to me was amazing, big room than the most of what they had, fascinating view. Thank you 👍🏽

The breakfast was horrible, the staff not professional, the quality of the food was horrible, every morning was so many things missing as well as lack of cleanliness. I talked to Mr Ussama the food and beverage manager; he was very helpful but he just came to the hotel 2 weeks ago which isn’t enough to set any kind of system unfortunately

This can’t be graded 4 stars it’s zero stars and cannot be considered as hotel, it’s appartment

The bathroom smells stink, I couldn’t take shower from the smell smell like sewage. Breakfast is very poor I’m really disappointed not worth the money, I hated the stay

Excellent service, food and management. A little walk to Haram. Good view of Haram. Room service was marvelous.
