Really liked the 2 bedroom apartment. It was perfect for the family. We all had our own space.

We loved the security of the place; it was comfortable and in an excellent location. It isn't sound proof at all - you can hear the conversations of anyone walking by in the hallway very clearly from the front bedroom, the cleaning crew was mediocre - bathroom floors weren't mopped, food in the frig, "Mary Jane" butts on the patio. I had to call to get the instructions for entry as they did not email it - this may have been Hotels.com vs the owner. The instructions for check in were very clear, but then they sent those again and none for check out. I just did the normal stuff and called it good. Overall it was a good place!

The unit was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a nice surprise.
The hair conditioner and body wash bottles were less than half full when I arrived for a 5 night stay.
The two fails:
I didn't have the building and unit access codes before I arrived at the property and the pre-check in paperwork was very detailed and time consuming. I had to call Expedia from the property.
They didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper and I had to get my own toilet paper. THIS was a huge disappointment.

Got there no pool had us pack up move to another apartment that someone else was in. Horrible experience top it off no pool never communicate about it being under construction horrrible !!

This place should not be on hotels.com it was very difficult to get into as you need an elevator code which we never got so that wasted 45 minutes trying to get in. The pool is empty and we thought there was a pool as in the beautiful photos that don't represent the place at all. location is fine but for price not worth it.

Location is great. Excellent parking and clean modern facilities. Elevators are quite a bit dark making hard to see code entry. Unfortunately the pool was under repair our entire stay.

It was horribleee!! The elevators dont work, the code por the apartment sometimes doesnt bright up so you cant put the code, i went to the gym the last day at 9 am and the checkout was at 11, i cam back at 10 and the code was changed! The microwave didnt work either. AND THEWIFI DIDNT WORK! never again

The directions to access the property were confusing and the address was wrong. So many codes to input it made staying there stressful, some sort of access card would be better. The bed size was not what I had booked, the bathroom smelled of urine. there was no place to take the garbage out so we had to find a garbage receptacle outside the hotel. The street was so noisy that we could not sleep and left after the second night

Directions for finding the unit were needed. One shower did not work. Code on door lock stopped working sometime before 7am morning of departure (luckily wife was still in unit). Blinds were in bad shape, preventing privacy on this ground floor unit. Coffee was terrible (and I have low standards).

Absolutely loved this property and will definitively be back. Customer service and support was amazing and made our check ins and WiFi issues a resolved item within minutes.
