Big and spacious. Equipped with almost everything u need. Only missing a dryer.
It was getting warm since summer is coming. Was a little warm and not all rooms had a fan supplied.
There was a cockroach on the wall when we arrived. But it was the only one we saw the whole stay…

Email with directions was clear and easy to follow. House was close to University and big enough that we felt we could have our own space.
Bit of a funny smell in the main bathroom. Not sure if it was drains or coming from outside. Nothing too major.

The house is new and is on a quiet street. The TV has Netflix. All the bedrooms have queen beds and two of them onsuite. We were there to watch a musical in CBD and the house is just a few mins drive to the Hamilton Gardens and CBD,.

You have a lovely home and it made you feel like it was yours, so warm inviting and so many comforts. Great that it was away from the roads and very nice and quite.
There was nothing we didn't like, if it had a spa pool it would of topped it right off.
