the communication with the owners was excellent in making all arrangements. the suite is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and some additional niceties (wine glasses, beach chairs and umbrellas, cushions for the patio furniture, iron, blender, coffee grinder, air conditioner which hasn't been our experience in other units on this property). the unit is close to the maintenance building so there is some early morning traffic and trucks beeping when they back up delivering to the neighbouring hotel. on a more pleasant note, the bird songs in the morning are glorious.

We loved the property . Everything was very handy , laundry facilities close, BBQ close , and it was quiet . The Birds and the rooster cheerfully woke us up in the AM . The Beach was lovely as well as the boardwalk . Only 1 thing they need to update on this listing is the cleaning fee expense . Otherwise , it was a very enjoyable condo!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place !!

We really enjoyed the condo-the A/C in the bedroom was nice to cool off when it got warm and the view on the balcony was great!

This has to be the nicest condo we have stayed in @ Kiahuna Plantation, and we have been coming here for 15 year. Beautifully decorated...such a nice view out to the big beautiful tree and yard. Other condos we have stayed in only have the very basic dishes and cooking supplies. Best selection of glasses, including “wine glasses”. There’s nothing better than having a nice glass of wine from the perfect glass. Very comfortable furniture and bed. We were here for 5 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return next year, and the year, and year after.

Condo was perfect and looked even better than photos on VRBO. Owner was very communicative and easy to deal with. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. We ate in most nights and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and loved the grills on the property. We enjoyed the access to the gym across the street. Perfect location on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the third unit we have stayed in at the plantation and definitely our favorite! Being a top unit, it has vaulting ceilings with a ceiling fan in each room and A/C in the bedroom. Since it is on the corner, it also has more windows than the middle units (we counted 3 more!) which provided an amazing cross-breeze. The view of the great lawn was stunning & so relaxing to listen to the birds and smell the flowers from the lanai every morning. We love that this unit is a quick an easy walk to the beach and to the athletic club! The pool, waterslide, sandy beach / wading area, fitness center, ping pong, and poolside drink & food service at the fitness center are top notch. We walked down to the beach every night for the AMAZING sunsets and even spotted some turtles surfing in the waves. The unit itself has been remodeled so nicely & had everything we needed including beach gear, kitchen tools, games, etc. The rainfall shower (which also has jets!) was a highlight. To top it all off, James and Shaun were amazing hosts. So kind, friendly, organized and responsive! We highly recommend booking through them and staying in their lovely condo. We hope to return in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful and the unit is comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything to make for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoy the usage of the Poipu athletic club as an amenity of the property. We look forward to staying again.

Had a relaxing stay In unit 53 at Kiahuna Plantation! James' pre-check in instructions were very thorough and made things very easy. Close to the beach and great location.

Culinary wares were upscale, and used during our stay. Good location for our planned activities. Room had scenic area by the courtyard; we enjoyed our coffee and meals on the lanai. Other amenities, such as laundry room, pool were more than satisfactory. Room was nicely decorated and homey. We would definitely stay there again!!

We checked in late and had not eaten all day! Our travel was so chAllenging!! Michelle at the front desk offered to drive me to a local restaurant for takeout. Every restaurant was closing soon! Thank you Michelle! You helped change our day!!! Our place was lovely and our hosts were very attentive!!!

Great spot close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Unit is right across from the laundry building which was very convenient. The pool across the street was included with our stay and very nice. The AC in the bedroom was clutch and very necessary to have if you’re used to having AC in warm climates, no way we could’ve slept without it. Unit was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities, as well as beach amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Would stay here again!

We loved how this home felt so Hawaiian! It wasn’t fancy but it was cozy and felt like home the moment we walked in. The kitchen was well stalked which made cooking easy! We LOVED the shutters that open and let the ocean breeze in through the night. It was quiet and mellow around the property and the landscape was so lush and tropical. The ocean was so close which made it easy to walk with the kids. We absolutely loved the pool and gym! So nice that that is included in the stay. James was a wonderful host who checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was truly one of the best vacations of our lives.

We enjoyed the unit, especially the lovely view of the garden from the lanai. Nice location with easy walk to the beach and surrounding areas. Love the grounds of Kiahuna. Some kitchen appliances required replacement/ repair and it took a couple of days for staff to respond.

The condo was great and very well stocked. Overall, a great place to stay. The one drawback for us was the pool being at the athletic club. It closed at 7 PM which felt a bit early for us.

This is a very well equipped, quiet, and centrally located unit. It’s perfect! Communication is very easy and questions were promptly answered. We can’t wait to return!

This condo was great - clean, spacious and close to beach access entry. The only thing I would suggest is purchasing a new standalone fan. The tower fan in the room turned on, but made a loud mechanical sound so we couldnt use it. Overall, excellent place to stay on Kauai! Thank you!

We enjoyed a fabulous week in James and Shaun's condo. It's well appointed with an updated kitchen and bathroom, and the view off of the lanai is gorgeous. Close to a fabulous beach, we swam, saw seals, dolphins and whales off shore and even signed up for a surfing lesson. Being a corner unit on the second floor afforded lots of privacy. There's an air conditioning unit but we never needed it with the prevailing winds and ceiling fans. If and when we come back to Kauia we would definitely try to book here again.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was the nicest unit we have stayed at this property. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen was the most completely supplied and we had anything we could have thought or needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous place perfecly located near the beach, communication was easy and the local service was warm and very helpful. High cleaning fees but the plantation is simply amazing. We recommend without hesitation!

Great condo for a couple to stay! Comfortable, clean, beach closet full of everything you’d need for the beach, and great balcony looking out onto the plantation. The kitchen is stocked with any and all tools you need to make your own meals. Short walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and the athletic club! We loved our stay and would highly recommend!
