Our family truly enjoyed this gem nestled near the events and sights we needed to be near. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

This was the perfect place for two couples and a teenager to spread out, hang out, play board games, and comfortably relax through a week-long stay in wonderful Santa Fe. It was clean and well equipped and spacious, set in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to everything. We’d definitely come back!

We are so glad we booked this home for a 10 day multi-generational family gathering. We lived in Santa Fe for 5 years and this was our first return vacation with our baby. The space and layout of the house was great for parents and grandparents, and hosting dinners and hang outs with local friends. The beds were very comfortable, great to have 2 bedrooms with en suite baths, and the outdoor spaces were well-used and loved too. The location is also incredible, on a very quiet and friendly (rare for Santa Fe!) street that is walkable to a grocery store, the Railyard's farmers market and many community events, and almost all local favorite restaurants, watering holes, and shops. As usual the Vacasa experience was fairly smooth, with easy check in and access to support when a few typical rental issues arose (a laundry room door fell off track, and a bathroom sink began draining slowly). Overall a really high quality stay and we hope to keep saved as an option for future visits!

The bumper pool/game table was a great plus for my grandchildren!! Highly recommend this rental property.

The house was very clean which we appreciated very much, however, it was also was cold. The thermostats were set to 55 degrees. It was baseboard heat. The main living area never got above 64 degrees in the three days we were there, so it always felt chilly.

Really enjoyed this home for a (relatively tame) bachelor party! Spacious, clean, everything worked (except the sink disposal). Great little neighborhood close to the railyard and Whole Foods. Whole town is so small that you're within striking distance of everything.

The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. It was well equipped, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Santa Fe! The location is very close to the Plaza. With easy access to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again! Gave one less star to check in process only because it would be easier to be able to go straight to the home and check in remotely as we have done in other properties, rather than making a separate stop at the office to collect the keys.

The house is in an excellent location. Whole Foods is a short walk down to quiet street. We also took advantage of the short walk to the Rail Yards for dinner and drinks. Be sure to check out La Choza, which is a wonderful dinner spot only 5 min walk from the house. The floor plan is perfect for 3 couples. Everyone gets their own bathroom, and the huge island is perfect for sharing a meal or playing games. We also enjoyed the living room’s comfy couches for evening conversations.
