We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was exactly as described. Great location, well appointed and furnished. The deck has a great view as do the rooms. It’s obvious the owner takes great care of the townhome. We would definitely stay there again.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. It is convenient to RMNP and Estes Park, just a short 10 minute drive. The pictures don’t capture the true beauty of the house. It is so warm and cozy, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony where we saw mule deer, elk, birds, and rabbits. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was great! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfortable (soft sheets!) and it was spacious enough for eight women. We all said we would rent the house again.

This was our second stay at Mary's Lake Aspen Home. Our second time here was just as incredible as the first. The owners were super responsive, organized, and helpful! The layout of this home works perfect for our family of five plus 2 additional adults (Grandparents). The views were incredible, and the home had everything we needed. We hope to make a third trip back to this home!

This is the second time to stay here, and we will be back.
House is well stocked and everything works. We even figured out how to record the football games during the day so that we could watch after returning from the park.
The location works well. You are near town and the park. Without road construction, you can be to either in less than 10 minutes.
We are looking forward to returning next October 😁

We have stayed in 20+ VRBOs over the years, and this home is now at the top of my list. It felt brand new. It was immaculately clean. The furnishings were beautiful. The location was quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. The views were spectacular. The setup with 4 master bedrooms was perfect for our family group. The game room was fun for the grandkids. The kitchen was stocked (and well-labeled) with everything we could have needed.

Our VRBO home was perfect for us - parents with our two boys, their spouses and the 4 grandchildren ages 1-5. The home was perfect for the adults with king beds and en suite bathrooms. For the children - 2 Pack-n-Play cribs were included along with 2 highchairs, 2 booster seats and child size tableware. There was also a little play room with child size chairs and beanbags in the lower level. Everything was super clean and organized. Great location too!

We had a wonderful time staying at Richard’s house. It’s so comfortable and organized. Every thing is thought through from all the toys for the infants and having the pack n play set up, to little chairs available for kids. The views are spectacular and location is superb. The house is also well stocked and beds are comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip to Estes Park. Six of us gals have been friends since college and celebrated our 60th birthdays here together. The view out the front window was so beautiful and the herd of elk that hung out in the meadow was an added bonus. The house was immaculate, well organized and supplied. It was the perfect location….a few minutes to RMNP and a few minutes into town. We were able to take walks in the neighborhood as well. The hosts provide a wonderful binder full of helpful information for the surrounding area. Would absolutely stay here again! Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. This property was so well stocked, clean and perfect for our group. It also has a fabulous location. Saw lots of wildlife from our patio/windows and the views cannot be beat!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The owners were easy to reach and very accommodating. Close to town and other amenities. We would definitely stay again. Every bedroom have their own private bath was wonderful.

This was one of the cleanest and most organized VRBO’s we have stayed at. Very comfortable beds and furniture. This unit did not disappoint and we plan to return in the future. Great parking for the 2 vehicles we brought. The view was amazing watched deer and elk every day.

We had a fabulous stay here. Bucket list trip for us and friends. Was worried we wouldn’t see snow and we’re gifted with about 10 inches over 4 days. House had everything we needed and was perfect for 4 couples. Estes Park was a great choice for our trip to Colorado

Really liked the layout drawings and many photos in the listing to help with choosing house and planning where little ones would sleep. The place was ready on time (actually a little early), was clean, everything was labeled and well explained. No unreasonable rules. Never heard the neighbors and the house was quiet enough someone could sleep in or take naps with kids awake and playing. Short drive to main part of town was well worth the gorgeous views, quiet neighborhood and all the wildlife. If I had to find something to rate a bit lower it would be that the wifi was a little spotty depending on where you were in house. But a pretty minor deal that would no way effect us from staying there again in a heartbeat. Probably the best vacation rental experience we've had.

This is an annual trip by friends that worked together for more than 30 years. We go to Estes Park more times than not as everyone of us feel like it’s our “happy place”.
This was our first stay here, but it will not be our last. Everything here was top notch, from communication from the owner to the outstanding home/amenities. Everything was well stocked, everything worked, and we didn’t have any issues.
Will we return? Definitely, if they will have us😉

This home has every amenity for the cook and for all ages! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful neighborhood, close to main entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and close to downtown Estes Park. I would stay in this home again!

What a perfect home!! So clean, comfy, cozy with lovely views!! They thought of EVERYTHING to make this an enjoyable stay. My dad and two sisters had a great time. It was so nice for us each to have our own bedroom AND bathroom! I’ve stayed in several Rentals and this is at the top! We thought the labeling of items was a great idea. Can’t say enough about home…thank you for sharing it with us!

This is the complete package, from the ease of communication with the property manager, to the location and outfitting of the house, to the pairing of a full bathroom with each bedroom, to the comfortable layout of the house.
This was the perfect place for our family during the July 4 week, and a great base for exploring and hiking the mountains and valleys of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our group consisted of 4 couples who all came to Estes Park to help celebrate my 50th Birthday. The property is absolutely stunning and very well appointed. Everyone had their own bathroom attached to their bedroom...we ate most of our meals around the large table. The kitchen was also very well appointed with prerty much anything you would need to cook with. Our experience was outstanding. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible!! The location and views could not be beat and we all felt at home!! We would definitely recommend this property and will most definitely rent it again when we are in Estes Park next time!

This property is absolutely fantastic and has everything we could have needed. It was very clean and comfortable to our whole group, and very conveniently located to Estes Park. Richard and Dawn were great hosts and were very easy to communicate with. Everything in the house is so organized and thoughtful that we didn't have a need to reach out, but I am confident that if we needed to talk the hosts would have been very helpful and timely. I would recommend this property to anyone!
