This property was perfect for our long weekend in RMNP. The house was exceptionally clean and the bed/bath arrangement was ideal for our group. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck with bugling elk to keep us entertained.

Very comfortable and clean. My only complaint was finding an envelope requesting a tip for the housekeeping staff. Seems to me that the amount paid to stay was plenty to cover cleaning, particularly for a group of adults who kept the place clean. Would definitely stay again though. Pictures are accurate.

The property was beautiful. Gorgeous sunrise view. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Good communication with property management. Only negatives were the dishwasher was not working and the remote for one of the TVs was missing. But who needs a TV in that setting??

This place was absolutely beautiful! We would love to come and stay again. It was super clean, super nice and had everything you need to stay. We would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a great place to stay in a beautiful area!

We had a wonderful time in Estes Park. This unit was easy to find, great location on the edge of town. The space suited our needs perfectly and it had everything required to make breakfast, enjoy our coffee and even make a snack later in the day. Not too far from many great restaurants. The bedding was comfortable and everything was very clean upon our arrival.

Upon arrival the door code did not work however the garage code did. I used the emergency number and immediately got an answered called. Since we were able to gain entry through the garage we did not think it was necessary to get the door code situation, resolved until the next morning. Promptly the next morning it was taken care of.The photos of the unit were on point and it is absolutely lovely. I was told all beds were very comfortable with the exception of the fold out sofa (which was only used one night) I’d highly recommend a topper should be purchased which could easily be rolled up and stored since the storage in this place is immense. This particular sofa is not very comfortable to sit on either. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice couch but since it is leather it seems like it’s not broken in enough. The unit is listed as sleeps 8 but there really isn’t a good comfortable hang out space for 8. Six yes but with 8 some are sitting in dining room chairs. I’d suggest an additional sofa downstairs that way everyone can hang together. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked awesome. Loved that every bedroom has its own private full bath and there’s an extra 1/2 bath upstairs. Parking was super easy too. We DID LOVE this place and would stay here again but I feel it’s very important to be completely honest. Simple to get to RMNP from here and if you want a nice upscale dinner you can’t beat Twin Owls Steakhouse within a miles drive. We extended our stay and once again the property management was so easy to get in touch with. I feel they do a great job. We had a wonderful time.

The property has all you need with comfortable beds and furnishings, multiple TVs, a well-stocked kitchen and nice laundry appliances. The unobstructed views are spectacular with mountains and Mary's Lake out the back. Easy drive to downtown Estes Park (5 - 8 minutes). Roads were plowed and well-maintained after a heavy snow. We would return for a future trip.

Well stocked with generous starter supplies and kitchen supplies. Access to RMNP and town was easy. The views were spectacular for mountains and wildlife.

The house was immaculate and beautiful with fantastic views. We had wildlife in the back yard 4 out of the 6 days we stayed. Great location and just minutes from downtown. Great view off the back porch of Mary’s lake. Will definitely stay again next time we come visit!

This property is beautiful and accommodates three couple perfectly! Our only complaint was that the unit was very dusty and three of the 4 toilets were not very clean. There were rings in them like housekeeping did not clean them in the turnover. I would rent this property again and recommend it for its location and amenities. The process for reservations and entry were easy and accessible as well.

Loved this property. It was clean and well stocked for our arrival. Location was close to town and all that Estes Park has to offer.

We were pleased with this property, communication, and how conveniently located it was to everything. We were gone alot but was nice to have the comforts of home when we got back from our daily excursions. Everyone had their own bathrooms which was a huge bonus. Very clean property.

This is a nice rental option for a family or larger-sized group. The living room and kitchen area are a nice size and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen windows is very nice and you'll sometimes see the elk in the field. The listing should be updated though to reflect that the bed in the main level bedroom is not a queen size, but rather a full size. We have a queen at home and there's no way this is a queen-sized bed. Also, each evening during our stay, it seemed to be scream-o-clock just before dinnertime with kids screaming and yelling just outside from the grassy area there or the neighboring decks/balconies. We had family staying in another unit a level up from this home and they could also hear all the kids screaming from outside this unit. If you have little ones with you, this may not bother you, but we were looking for a more peaceful visit. Overall, a very nice home, perfect if you have kids with you or family that you're hosting or entertaining.

We stayed here with my brother and his family. It was all we hoped it would be and more. Beautiful home - great views. The kitchen is phenomenal. It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a nice bar-b-que with the family. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The AC is a huge plus, even though we really didn't need it. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was perfect for our family of four. Our teens loved each having their own room and bathroom. It is beautiful inside and has great views outside! Comfy beds, very spacious and heated tiles in basement were awesome! Wish they were upstairs, too! Kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped. Hope to come back sometime!

The views are amazing, home is new, immaculate, and all amenities are perfect. I highly recommend this home for any mountain getaway!

This is a spectacular place to stay--the views, comfortable beds, completely outfitted kitchen, lots of bathrooms for all of our family, heated bathroom floors, large laundry room and closets, televisions everywhere (although they did not get a lot of use), good internet connection. SkyRun was great to work with (they helped me when I was tired of trying to find a place for our entire family to stay). I wish we could have stayed forever--and hope to come back.

Fabulous views, this home was like staying in a 5-star hotel penthouse/suite. Check-in could not have been easier, the rooms were spotless, upscale finishes and amenities, and the sofa sleeper in the living room was superior (can't speak for the other beds, because I was on the sofa bed--but everyone else overslept...every day!). Linens were fresh and clean, nothing looked worn or old. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. This would not be the place to have any sort of large loud party. Coyote Ridge 3 bedroom 3.5 bath (Property ID 1118371) was spectacular! Thank you to our hosts and to the Property Manager.

We traveled to Colorado for my birthday celebration with friends and enjoyed every moment being at this beautiful home. There were board games we got to play and the most awesome view! As Floridians, our favorite part were the heated bathroom floors downstairs :) would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect!

We had an excellent experience at Coyote Ridge! The layout is perfect. The decor is quite nice. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The views are magnificent! When we visit Estes Park in the future we hope to stay at Coyote Ridge again.

Great location we come to every year. Very clean love the views love the wildlife and love we are close enough to everything but far enough away from the congestion of town.

Property has a great view and gets lots of wildlife outside of the to balconies. House cleaned very well.

We drove through Rocky Mountain National Park, ate too much, all the while social distancing and obsessing about washing our hands. Just doing our part to stop the COVID mess! The view at the top of the National Park is phenomenally fantastic! Make sure your lungs are ready for it! At the condo, each bed was like laying down on a cloud! The place was very homey and comfortable. I love this place and would return again!! Thank you for the hospitality!

The residence is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view. The staff was very responsive to some minor issues that came up (check-in info went to my junk folder etc.).
