Property was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. Rentals around us were quiet. It’s far enough from town that it’s not busy but a short drive to get to everything. It’s close to the Bear Lake entrance of RMNP. Also 4 mins from Twin Owls restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing time in Estes Park!

The property was everything as advertised and that we needed. Spacious for our family. Very comfortable. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, as we have a special needs child. We were able to have her in the same bedroom with us, rather than on a sleeper sofa in another room, which is not an option. I was grateful to find a property with a setup like that. Wi-Fi was great. The lock on the door made it easy to come and go without having to keep up with a key or card. Plenty of everything was provided, so we never ran out of anything. We cooked a couple of times and the things I missed was a trivet/hot plate and pot holders/oven mitts. We were so pleased with this property, there is no need for us to look for another property in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay in Estes Park! The views are amazing from the deck. The beds were very comfortable and all amenities were perfect. The location is very convenient to the entrance to the park.

Our family of 6 stayed here and had plenty of room. We loved the quiet neighborhood and that it was close to the park entrance. We hope to stay again!

Great location and property but incorrect listing information. Advertised private hot tub which was not the case. Property manager stated they did not have access to vrbo details. No apology for the inconvenience just stated we weren’t charged a hot tub fee. We booked this space due to the hot tub so very disappointed in the false advertisement.

Truly a gem of a property - very quiet, clean, beautiful view with ton of deer and Mountain View which was perfect with the fire place on. When you add the very reasonable price you have a All Star Property

The views are magnificent. We were “away from it all” yet close to town. We were able to cook meals when we wanted. It was nice to hang out by the fire on snowy nights. A great trip.

Could not have hoped for a better experience. Located close to the Beaver Meadows entrance of RMNP. Elk activity right near the property each morning and night. True Colorado experience.

Nice property. Clean. As stated. Check in and check out time are a too late and too early. 3:00 is a more reasonable check in time. The 10:00 am check out time is way too early to have to be able to enjoy the condo that morning. So for a 48 hour rental, you only get 42 hour access.

Location of property was perfect; edge of town where it s quite yet close to town where all the activity starts. Also very close to the entrances for Rocky Mounty National Park.

Thos property was perfect for my husband, me, our two kids and the in-laws! The separate levels worked out great. The location was close to the RMNP and all the shops in town. We saw elk right out off the balcony a few times too! We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was closed but enjoyed our visit otherwise. The host responded very quickly to any messages I sent as well.

The place was amazing and had lots of bed options. We saw wildlife every morning when we woke up and there were tons of birds everywhere flying around the place. The view is breathtaking so make sure to enjoy just hanging out at this place.
