We enjoyed our stay our at Cape Charles despite the weather. The house was very clean, updated and accommodations for my family with small kids, brothers family and small kids and the grandparents. All of the activities in the home made the the time in Cape Charles still enjoyable for quality time even with the tropical storm. Would highly recommend to others to stay.

This house was wonderful! There was plenty of room for the family to spread out. We especially enjoyed the pool table and golf carts. The hosts were very responsive to our requests for golf tee times and helped coordinate a temporary membership to the fitness center and pool. The beach within walking distance of the house was perfect for the young ones.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with family and friends this is the perfect place. The house is great and access to the private beach is very nice to have. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great house for a multi-family stay. We had plenty of space and the family room/dining room/kitchen were a great gathering spot. The house had all the amenities needed both inside and for the beach. Barry was incredibly responsive to questions. Would highly recommend.

Cape Charles never disappoints! We’ve been coming for 9 years now and have introduced this sweet beach town a friends over the years. This time we got a chance to vacation with family who lives in NY that we don’t get to see but a few times a year for a quick weekend. The house was spacious and suited comfortable sleeping for everyone. the golf cart rental was so convenient and super helpful to gave right at the house. As we all probably know, there is a ton to pack for a trip to the beach for the week but we were glad to lighten the load a little since the house had beach chairs (great shape), bath & beach towels. The backyard fire pit was fun to make s'mores together at night. The house was fully stocked with fun things like pool, shuffle board and ping pong which came in handy on the rainy day we had. Slightly bummed that the private beach that is so close didnt really have much sand or space to gather for the day so we had to pack up the carts and spend the day at the public beach which we love. PS the can opener doesn’t work. We couldn’t find a dust pan.

This was an incredible property. Really well laid out, plenty of space and lots of great amenities.

We had awesome time at Bay Creek; wonderful amenities; we all enjoyed the pool table and indoor shuffleboard and ping pong table. Beach chairs, beach towels and paddle boards were all in great shape and the 2 new golf carts were excellent. Barry is a great host; very responsive and definitely would stay here again!

Great house with Great amenities!! Location and community were wonderful!! Getting through the gate with multiple cars coming at different times was confusing. Access to TV channels was disappointing. Need a few vital items--Electric Broom and Electric Can Opener. The house was clean but not spic and span as it should have been. Had a wonderful time and would consider staying again!!!

This property is wonderful. All of our guests were very comfortable. Amenities galore! The owners were great in getting back to me right away with any questions I had. I would recommend staying here. They were also very helpful getting us tee times at Bay Creek. I have nothing negative to say about this home.

We had a fantastic stay! — the house is super spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed as a family of 5 and 2 grandparents— there was plenty of to do and on rainy days appreciated all the extras like the pool table, shuffleboard, and ping pong table. The location is close to the beach and a quick ride to town. Barry was quick to communicate and responsive with us. We rented golf carts which our kids enjoyed visiting town in with but in the off season—parking there with a car was not a problem . We had great dinners at the Shanty in the harbor and Oyster Farm nearby . The kitchen at the house is also super well stocked — and we cooked up some local clams and crab from A1seafood . Would highly recommend a stay here !

Our experience here at CC was one we will never forget, check in was super easy, the house was gorgeous, very clean and we had great neighbors. The beach was a perfect walk, and the golf carts were wonderful to take right around the corner to the oyster farm for dinner. Our stay was one for the books for sure and we plan to come back in July.

Such a lovely vacation! This home was so well appointed and comfortable for our family of 6 + 4 grandparents. We all had a wonderful stay! The golf carts were great to have to cruise arrive town and go to the beach. The memory foam pillows were the best added touch! 10/10 would most definitely recommend!

WOW! What a beautiful house! We spent a week with our adult children and our two year old granddaughter and enjoyed every single moment! We come to Cape Charles regularly and have stayed in multiple properties in the area but this one has to be one of my very favorites! The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need and more. The golf carts were enjoyed by us all and we hated coming home and back to regular vehicles. Paddleboards made for a great beach day! I truly can't say enough good things about this home!

We had an excellent stay at this house. We have been coming to Cape Charles for several years and this place was one of the nicest we have ever stayed. They literally think of everything from the beach chairs/towels, paddle boards, golf carts and everything else in between. We hope to make it back to this house again!!

This was the second house we have stayed in in the neighborhood and 3rd we have spent time in and it is by far the nicest of the 3. The golf carts are a huge plus as well. Great communication with the owners and would definitely recommend staying in this house. We love visiting Cape Charles and we believe it is a wonderful family destination. Just loved everything about this home ! Beautiful decor… it had every convenience ! Two awesome golf carts ! We always love our Cape Charles vacations. We would love to use this property again in the future !

The house and owners were awesome. There's plenty of beach gear provided (cooler, chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas, towels, etc.) so we didn't have to bring a lot of our own stuff which was wonderful. It was also great to have two 6-person golf carts so you didn't have to find another rental. The house was beautifully decorated and kitchen was well stocked aside from microwavable plates (we just used paper ones). The beds and furniture were comfortable and there's plenty of room to spread out. Having smart TVs in every room was great so people could relax in their own rooms if needed. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back for another stay.

House was clean, well decorated and convenient to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Host responded quickly to any questions and were always very helpful. Golf carts were a plus to get around the neighborhood and beach. Only negatives was the soap dispensers were filled with water in the Master bedroom and there were no sugar packets in the house for coffee and most of the coffee drinkers would prefer a coffee maker instead of K cups. But these were minor things overall our stay was 5 Stars and we would stay there again!

The house was beautiful. The private beach was in walking distance and the public beach was a short golf cart ride away. Having the golf carts was a great addition! The pool was in a sister community on the opposite side of town so we did not end up using it. The dryer was broken while we were there which was slightly inconvenient but owner alerted us prior the the trip and kept us updated. Overall we loved our stay there and would definitely stay again!

Easy 5 star review. Clean, spacious, updated interior, 2 very nice 6 seater golf carts, easy access to all of town, and access to the Bay Creek Community Pool (great to use as a beach alternative). Overall would highly recommend this property. Thanks again Barry for hosting us.

The home was beautiful, and the neighborhood nice and convenient. Having 2 golf carts was an added bonus we loved. The kitchen could use some additional cooking items. There was not even a cutting board and all the pans were Teflon and beat up. We had a great time!

Perfect house for hosting a beach weekend getaway with family and friends. The common areas, patios, and various bedrooms/bathrooms are wonderful for multiple families. The house is clean, beautiful, comfortable, and homey. The 2 golf carts made it easy for all of us to casually come and go, enjoy the town, and take in the views across Cape Charles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
