الموقع رائع و المكان نظيف و جديد و الطاقم ودود جداً حصلت مشكلة في تسليم الغرفة و تم دفع مبلغ لفرق السعر بين الغرفتين لان حجزي يقولوا كان غرفه بدون تكييف و انا كنت حاجزه مكيفه و اتأكدت من الحجز و استرجعت المبلغ

The staff was amazing, we arrived eraly than the check-in time and the staff was super helpful. The room view is also amazing, you have front-seat view to the sea, and your like 15mins away from gleam bay. The room is huge, My room had a living room / bedroom and balcony. The tv in room is amazing with background lights. The internet speeds are amazing here. better than my roam plan.

There wasn't a service phone in the room I booked, And the bed had no nightstands which isn't that big of an issue, The pillows was too firm. Better quality pillows is definitely needed.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was close to the sea.

I have booked superior king suite in this hotel with sea view for 2 nights to start with but I end up in a room without a curtain and side see view and the room was not clean, a roll if toilet paper was in the floor wet. The room was as if someone left it unfinished cleaning. Even it has tea bags without kettle to make tea. I spoke with the staff about it, they tried to convinced me thats what I have booked. And they have no other rooms available. The hotel located on a main busy and noisy road 24/7 and room has no double glazing windows to reduce the noise. No sleeping!! Avoid if you cannot sleep with the noise. The second day I went down and complain and express how unhappy I was about the situation, the staff apologised and moved me to a suite for the second night. The view was nicer of the sea but still the noise issue and cleanliness was ok. So if you are a light sleeper, no for this hotel, but if you do not mind the sea view is beautiful from your room. For some reasons duvets in both rooms have no covers (sheets). I just moved somewhere else for the rest of week.
