Max 5 car park slots, we came in late and could only parked along the street outside.
Bedroom has no aircon, only living room has.

Very clean, good shower, quiet.
Room quite small, and only real complaint was the blanket or doonah, only one thin bed covering no sheets, it got quite cold, although there is a heat pump, it's not healthy to sleep with a heat pump in a closed space. Maybe another blanket.

Apartment was spotlessly clean in good location with quiet streets. There was a slight noise from the bathroom exhaust fan when it was windy outside. Also some noise could be heard from people in the other apartments so the sound insulation is not ideal. However, the accommodation was very good overall and we would stay there again.

Nice and spacious, quiet neighbourhood and good communication.
It would have been better if extra blankets were available as our bedroom was chilly at night. Air conditioning unit was in the dining area but it didn’t warm up our separate bedroom.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, with very smooth check-in, great communication from the owner. Not new or flash building but clean and tidy inside and out, with basically all essentials provided. Would book again next time. Thank you!

This unit was perfect for our needs, a bed for the night, with the ability to heat food and have a hot drink. I was a bit anxious that we were within the 24-hour period to contact re entry into the property and was relieved when my text was answered

It was clean and tidy. It's an old apartment building that has been done up. Good for the price. It's very central to town and close to the stadium. Staff very good and responsive.

I was very impressed from the communication to the cleanliness, immaculate presentation, comfortable beds , new shower and facilities. Great value for money . Will definitely recommend and return.

Amazing stay. Very quiet and calm neighborhood. The room is very spacious and clean. Close proximity (7-10) minute drive to local restaurants and botanical gardens. 10/10 recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Hamilton. Only downside is that it has a washer, but no dryer. But you can air dry your clothes outside if needed.

What a disgraceful we couldn't get into apartment.Vivian sure needs to improve her communication phone number etc at least 2days before people are due toarrive.
We were told office hours were from 4pm to 8pm where is the office.

The host contacted us as soon as our room was ready on the day and we were able to enter with an access code on the door. Everything is compact, and sleeps 3 comfortably. The fridge is quite small, and I have no idea what you would be able to fit in the fridge door as even a thin 1L bottle of milk doesn't fit! It's near the stadium and within minutes of facilities such as a supermarket. The blackout curtains were great.

Very close walk to Fmg stadium and very private and was clean. Highly recommend to friends and will surely return.
