We loved the easy walk to Poipu beach… the grounds/landscaping of these condos is so very nice - a bonus for those of us who enjoy gardens. 🤗. The layout of the condo is convenient- but you must be able to do stairs. Be sure to sit on the wall facing the ocean at sunset - lovely!

Great location. Clean, air conditioning was very nice. Property included beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, lots of things you can’t pack to the island, but want to have to fully enjoy the beach.

Wonderfully equipped condo, situated in the perfect area with easy beach access. Excellent beach equipment amenities. Very clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very attentive. Must be able to navigate stairs.

This place was walking distance to two beaches and had beach items that made beach days awesome!! The place was super clean and having AC at night was great!!

The condo was as described, well-appointed and comfortable. We appreciated the provided beach towels, chairs and other beach gear. It's a very easy walk to a fantastic beach. The manager was very prompt in responding to questions. The kitchen was well supplied and in a nice touch they supplied coffee filters and a welcome pack of Kauai coffee. They provide helpful charging stations for devices as well. The main BR is a bit tight on space but that's fairly shown in the photos. The parking is super convenient, the pool is nearby, and the location is great for visiting many parts of the island.

Beautiful place, the whole environment feels like a resort. Particularly impressed on how well stocked it is for everything!! Well worth it.

Well stocked property in a great location. We loved seeing turtles just a few minute’s walk from the condo.

We found the location to be amazing. It really is 3 minutes from Brennecke's Beach. The kids loved the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. The only minor issues were some maintenance required (loud bathroom ceiling fan, no door catch on bathroom door). But they were minor issues and we greatly enjoyed our stay and would do it again. A bonus that would make a stay easier in the future would be a small wagon for making loading beach items.

Nice place, great location. I had to clean the stair rails and top rail was so dirty it grossed me out, still need more cleaning. I did clean countertops as well as soon as we arrived. Bathroom fan in master makes super load noise and needs to be replaced. Other than that is was great!

We arrived to find a urine stained mattress on the patio, a urine stained mattress cover on one of the beds and a filthy pull out sofa mattress. The property manager on call did promptly respond the following day to reconcile some of the issues, however arriving to find these problems was not ideal and very disappointing. The location of the condo in relation to the beach was excellent along with the condo facilities (pool). More effort in ensuring the property is clean and fully ready for arriving guests will go a long ways in attracting returning visitors.

Unit is comfortable, roomy and well appointed. Location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Property management team is top notch. Sheila responded very quickly and efficiently with to a couple of issues we had. Can’t ask for more.

Our family traveled with two teenagers and two under 12. Twin beds were perfect for the teens. Sofa bed for the little ones perfect. King bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Short walk to poi pu beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach walk we tan on daily. No gym, but otherwise perfect place to stay. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely girls vacation and enjoyed your condo very much. It was a terrific location, had lots of amenities ad beach toys and was very clean. Would definitely stay there again if ever back in Hawaii

Our stay in Poipu condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The only complaint I have are the stairs and bathrooms on a different floor than the kitchen/living area, but at 70 years old, all stairs can be a challenge. We would recommend the condo to friends and family.

The complex was a short walk to the beach where we saw turtles and monk seals daily. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We utilized the bbq almost daily. The communication with the owners was great and prompt.

The property is amazing. Working walking distance to nice beaches and beautiful views. Easy parking. A lot of equipment in the apartment for the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds in the bed rooms are quite comfortable. The ac worked well and the location is wonderful. The property is so pretty and well maintained with beautiful tropical plants and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There’s a great view from the pool deck for the adults. Also very thorough supplies for the beach with 4 chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. We drove all over the island but it was really nice to just walk down to brennecke or Poipu for the sunset each night. Lots of turtles on the sand at Poipu which is fun! If you are interested in the beaches on the north end of the island this isn’t the most convenient as it takes an hour and a half to get to hanalei bay but it’s very convenient to Lehui and Salt Pond (our favorite with our young kids). Make sure you get your groceries at the stores near the airport since the shops near the house are outrageously expensive. We cooked every night and were very comfortable in the home. The only cons are 1. the pull out bed could use a better mattress. We put a very light teenager on it and she was ok although she did feel the springs. I think an adult would not be ok on that mattress for a week. 2. The shave ice at the shop across from Piopu beach is terrible. Don’t waste your money on it. Our week was perfect! Thank you!

I would definitely stay here again! The place has an excellent location-walked to pooping beach easily. Very clean and quite!! Would recommend for adults and families!!!

Absolutely great place to stay! Unit was very clean and well taken care of. My only complaints was the guest shower did not drain leaving the tub incredibly slippery. Some sort of mat for the tub would be really great. We had a hard time showering. We literally were slipping and sliding around. Also curtains that are not see through in the evening/morning in the guest bedroom would be VERY nice. I didn’t find out they were see through until someone was staring directly at me while I was changing. Made for going to bed and mornings difficult and uncomfortable. Other than those two things, our whole party thought the place was really great. Can’t beat the location! Great complex. The grounds were very clean and staff was super friendly. And walking distance to the beach!!

The location is perfect, walked to the beach everyday, 2 min walk is very accurate to a beautiful sandy beach. We would absolutely stay in this unit again & recommend to anyone. Thank you for helping to make our dream vacation come true!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! Check-in was so smooth, and the home is located just a short walk to a couple great restaurants as well as to the beach where sea turtles and Hawaiian Monk Seals sleep. The home itself was wonderful! Super comfortable and we really appreciated our welcome gifts! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!
