Check-in and out was effortless. Our host was accommodating and responsive. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. We had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. We were within walking distance of the beach and did not have to drive far for restaurants or shopping.

The balcony had a nice view of the Gulf. Property owner was very easy to communicate with.

Loved our time here. The condo was very nice with state of the art lighting and very modern bathroom. Communication with owner was great he was extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Dave’s place was perfect for our my families get away. We rented 2 of his places and this property was for my parents. Everything was great. Views were amazing. Place was stocked with small items that we didn’t need to buy ourselves, which made it even better!

Perfect location, pictures are accurate. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Mr. Dave was a great host with quick communication. Already looking forward to booking our next stay!

We were absolutely thrilled. The condo was perfectly laid out. Had everything we wanted. We loved our stay. It is just what we needed. It was very quite during our stay. We walked the seawall and the beach. Ate at the local restaurants. We will be back. We actually had three white owls fly right beside the condo and looked straight at us as if to say hi. Perfect getaway. Enjoy.

The host was very responsive to questions prior to arrival; after I arrived, I found everything had already been answered, or there was a an informational sign, addressing my question! Check in was super easy and accessing the condo was a breeze! You will find absolutely everything you need for your vacation. If it’s not there, you don’t need it! However, should you need anything, the Walmart is a quick 2 mile drive away. Be sure to read the guide that Dave sends you for suggested places to visit and eat… We found that extremely helpful. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. You may not be able to tell it from the balcony view, but if you walk out the front of the Maravilla condo property, the beach is right there across the street. We had an amazing stay!

The unit was clean, had everything it said it would, and had a great view. Dave sent multiple texts from the time of booking until we left asking if we needed anything and sharing information about the unit and area.

Our condo was beautiful and had a perfect view of the water!! It had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Dave is an exceptional host and made booking, checkin and checkout a breeze. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I have already discussed coming back this time next year and renting this condo. We had a wonderful Anniversary weekend!

We found this property to be just perfect for my husband and I. The place was very clean very cutely decorated and Mr. Dave (the owner) was so helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we knew what to do. They even recommended some fun things to do and yummy places to eat! It was an overall great experience ❤️

The unit and the view were exactly what we were looking for. Watched the sun come up over the water each morning and it was quiet and peaceful.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for our anniversary weekend. We were lucky to come across this condo that has a nice view from the patio deck to see the ocean, which was a MUST for my wife. Beautiful décor and very clean. Dave was extremely helpful with tourist places to visit and great dining options. He checked in with us multiple times over our three day stay to make sure everything was good. I could recommend this place more not just for the space and the view, but for the great service Dave provided.

The place was simply perfect in every way!! Number one it was spotlessly clean which is a biggie for us! We wanted a nice view and it had not only a lovely view of the gulf but a view a a lagoon nearby. Also it was extremely quiet! The place was decorated tastefully and with lovely touches throughout. We felt quiet spoiled :) We plan to come back hopefully in the not too distant futer

Clean and well appointed condo on the quieter end of Seawall Blvd. The pools on site were perfect for my young children. Parking was easy and close to the elevator. Owner kept me well informed of check in procedures and I never had a single issue during our 4 night stay. Will suggest this place to friends!

My family and I had a wonderful mini-vacation at Sandy Smile. The condo was very clean and well-furnished. On-site pools were also clean and well-maintained. Quick walk to across Seawall to the beach, great location in Galveston, close to many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property inside and out AwY from busy part of the beach but so close to resting and stores Owner spent xtra for upgrades inside Lots of towels and bedding. Will stay again

The place was super clean and very close to the beach. My family enjoyed it very much much. The kids really like the swimming pool and enjoy the company of a couple of bunnies that are around the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

The owner contacted me in advance and gave us all the info that we needed. He advised us of a dishwasher repair scheduled during our stay and offered so many options to make up for any inconvenience that we may experience because of it. Did not disrupt us at all. Wonderful place! So many upgraded amenities. Beautiful condo! Will definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our condo. It was located in a great part of town and the property was extremely clean. Remodeling was being done in the front of the property, but it didn’t affect anything. The pools were beautiful . Inside, our room was cute and clean. Everything you could need was provided. We would come again and have already recommended it to family.

Quiet location with great pools. Clean & well stocked. Only downfall was the seating in living room. Not comfortable for 4 people, but the patio was great! Host was very responsive & helpful with directions.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here and it was just what we needed! The condo was clean and Dave was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed.

Couldn't figure out direct tv.. missed our favorite show.. Sofa was very uncomfortable.. other than that, all was well.

Spent a weekend in Galveston to celebrate our anniverary. This property was great. It was close to the beach and had a pool (heated) and hot tub. Quiet area to relax.
