The house was very cute and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The floor plan is great as it makes good use of available space. On the patio there was a bbq grill, seating, & fire pit, picnic table, heaters and hot tub. The only downside is that it was very dirty. A good sweeping prior to our arrival would have been nice. The kitchen had a big fridge and was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc., and the espresso machine was a plus! The neighborhood was not our favorite, although it was very close to the Vons which worked out well. It was nice to have two bedrooms with TV in each, plus two full bathrooms and washer & dryer. The living room also has a TV which is great, but the couch and area rug look old and could use a good cleaning (including accent pillows). I did have to call property management regarding housekeeping as I found the kitchen cabinets, all house blinds and washer/dryer with caked on dirt as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They were very quick to respond so I was very happy about that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind coming back to this little house in the future. Overall this was a very nice place to stay. It was conveniently located right down the street from the Convention Center. The property was clean and updated. We had a minor issue accessing the property when we first arrived to check in but the issue was resolved in about an hour. The only recommendation I have for any future guests is to bring your own pillows. The pillows provided are very thin and flat.
