The lobby / reception stinks. The rooms are cold and no central heating. Electric fan makes noise. Couldn't sleep. Day is spoiled and utter waste of money.

The tv was non fictional and the room phone didn’t work either so I couldn’t call to the desk. The alarm clock had broken buttons and couldn’t be set and the microwave time was hours behind. The breakfast was amazing tho but the room was horrible

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were kind and helpful. The property is old and worn - the carpets are peeling up, the curtains don't fit the sliding doors. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Only negative was the room phone didn’t work. Not a big unless needing to call front desk. And I couldn’t get the tv volume to work. Could’ve been operator error…? :)

Room and bed were comfortable. Close to airport. Not many walkable dining options. A/C unit was very noisy. Too noisy to leave on at night while trying to sleep. Bathroom fan was also very loud.

Our 3rd stay here, the restaurant food is good however each time they seem to be out of several items on the menu, even coffee at dinner time?

great clean room, big breakfast. housekeeping started knocking on the door at 8AM though, and knocked again at 9AM even though checkout was at 12PM. 4.95/5 stars

The property is in good condition. The bed was comfortable. However the bathroom door was not easy to close, it keeps opening after it was closed.

We were in town for a youth soccer tournament. The hotel was definitely busy. The staff did their very best at making accommodations for our team when we were there. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and responsive. We would stay their again.

The photos on Expedia were very misleading. The fire pit did not work. The spa was green was very disappointing.

Stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. Not much to do nearby but we had a nice dinner and a comfortable night’s sleep. Service is friendly and the shuttle service was great!
