This is a very nicely remodeled hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The location is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not the best. It’s quite limited and what they did have was not done well. The potatoes were raw and tasted gritty. Like they hadn’t been washed. The fruit tasted ‘fuzzy’ like the canned stuff and as it was a couple of days old. Otherwise this was a pleasant stay.

For some reason only one elevator was working when we got there but then the next morning both elevators were out of service which was inconvenient. The bed was not comfortable it seemed to be a spring bed and moved a lot when one person moved the whole frame moved too. The breakfast is included with the stay but I wish there were more options included because the boiled eggs seemed bad, not much fruit selection with very little cereal option

Great location, well kept, worth the bit extra money to stay somewhere pretty nice and I would stay here again.

For a medium-rate hotel, this was a pleasant stay. Close to all the South Lake Tahoe amenities and lake, the King with microwave/fridge was a great deal. Fave things: good noise dampening — was so quiet and the hotel was 100% full, the ultra modern/clean/bright bathroom (perfect mirror for makeup/hair and huge sink counter), easy parking for a fee cheaper than most hotels, and really nice 24-7 coffee station in the lobby (as a decaf person this was heaven.) Meh things: Desk agent service was transactional, I was denied an early check in, occasional constant dog barking (it’s a pet friendly hotel.), breakfast is straight, nothing special. Despite that, I would stay here again!

The hotel was very good and ideal for exploring Lake Tahoe. Our only minor issue which was beyond the hotel's control was the section of unlit path/sidewalk when walking back each evening.

The room was clean, but the beds were too soft. The bathroom door didn’t latch, and I had to pay an additional $15 for parking.

Great location. Rooms were clean and fresh. Had bikes to borrow for touring around town.

The front lady is rude. She has an attitude that does not fit for her job. She talks to me without the usual pleasantries that her job should be a part of. I hope she can be trained better

I loved that the property was pretty new. Was very happy with our room. Everything was very clean and within walking distance to food, shops and the casinos. Only downside was paying for parking.
