A weekend with my pre-teen grandkids at Yellowstone NP. This hotel was an excellent location: walking distance to multiple restaurants & shops, short drive to the west entrance of the park, so much to see and do! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean & comfortable with a great breakfast buffet, a lovely pool & hot tub, but no workout facility. We had an oversized room with two comfy & fresh queen beds. One big problem was a lack of private space to change clothes; only a small water closet (tub & toilet) area with limited maneuverability. We made due, but families or friends should be aware. Overall it's a very good choice!

The hotel was good with a nice big room that was extremely spacious. However, the bathroom was very small. The sink was outside in the room and separate to the toilet and bathroom. This was inconvenient. The room was clean and the microwave and fridge facilities were very good. The room needs to refurbished and modernised.

This is a dated and well worn property but comfortable and spacious. Good location and walkable to the main area of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our daily breakfast even though they served the same food for our three mornings there.

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, the run was spacious, the pool clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The price was high, but we got what we paid for. We had quality service and they cleaned up amazingly well. Very impressed with the staff.

It was nice and quiet. Had easy access to areas in the town. The breakfast wasn’t bad, just wish the time was a little longer than 6-9, at least for the fountain drinks. Overall not a bad experience.

This property is convenient since it is literally around the corner from the Yellowstone West Entrance. LOVE the breakfast options...The best even the 5 stars hotels can't compare to the selections. The minor con is the bathroom is small and the toilet is low. Overall, highly recommended.

This was a very convenient place to stay for our daily outings into Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have booked the room with kitchen but the room I get was not with kitchen. After asking for the room hotel mentioned they are overbooked and cannot provide me the room I booked. It was so inconvenience because I had baby with me I have to prepare food.
But because of the missing kichen it was so difficult for me to manage.

Bathroom toilet too low for older people. It smelled like the wax ring is leaking. Urine smell. Beds too high for older/ shorter people

The girl at the front with short blonde hair was really sweet and helped us with any questions we had during our stay :) the only thing I would say is it was raining a lot during one of the days we were there and there was a leak causing a lot of water to get into our room we had to put towels down to help at least with the sound and water flow.
